It is in a setting of nature and forests that welcomes you this old stone barn of 200m² tastefully restored a few years ago.<br><br>Located between Montignac-Lascaux (10 min) and Sarlat (20 min), you will benefit from an ideal geographical location for the many visits, hikes, excursions ... that the Périgord Noir offers.<br><br>The accommodation<br>Inside: three double bedrooms, a children's bedroom with two single beds, and a bedroom with a single bed, two bathrooms and a modern kitchen open to the dining room and living room.<br><br>Outside: enjoy a private heated swimming pool (25°C from mid-May to mid-September), a pergola to have lunch sheltered from the sun or extend your evenings outside. <br><br>Everything will be there for you to have an unforgettable stay!<br><br>The cleaning fee is 100€ and is mandatory. Séjour agréable dans le Périgord Noir

Le gîte est situé en lisière d'un camping et dans la verdure, au calme et sans vis-à-vis avec beaucoup d'espace. Le joli village de Coly-Saint-Amand est à 10 min à pied. La piscine du gîte est superbe, chauffée, idéale à toute heure (et surtout pendant l'apéro !). Le gîte est assez spacieux pour 8 personnes et bien équipé (vaisselle, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge). Seuls bémols : certains éléments sont un peu vieillots et mériteraient d'être rafraichis (notamment la SDB du RDC), et une des chambres a un accès difficile (à réserver à de jeunes enfants). Sinon l'emplacement du gîte est idéal pour visiter Lascaux IV, les châteaux, villages pittoresques et autres merveilles de la Dordogne.
