Studio sea view apartment of 27m² for 3 persons, located on the first floor with elevator, door 3 of the residence “Les Dauphins” in the city center.
It includes :

-Living room with TV, sofa bed for 2 persons (130cm), bunk bed for 1 person,
-Equipped kitchen (micro wave, cooking plate, fridge),
-Bathroom with washing machine,
-Toilets separated.
Loggia with a sea faced, garden furniture. Beds with blankets.
Parking n°3 on the residence
Animals allowed with extra charge (5€/days).
Electric and water usage in extra charge (30€/week) excepted from the 23th of May to 26th of September 2026.
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 68€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.
