Inside, you’ll find all the modern comforts of a beautiful 120-square-meter villa, fully renovated in 2020.

The villa is located in the very central, quiet, and safe area of La Savane.

The Sea View villa offers a unique view of the Caribbean Sea, stretching from the magnificent Marigot Bay to the Rocher Créole, a snorkelling spot located off the coast of Grand Case, the culinary capital of the Caribbean.

You can sip a cocktail while watching a magnificent sunset—all without leaving the pool.

A 150 m² terrace made of exotic wood surrounds a beautiful 6 m x 3 m pool, completely secluded from neighbors.

You can relax on the outdoor couches or lounge chairs and enjoy lunch in the shade of the gazebo.

You’ll also find a ping-pong table, a foosball table, poolside snacks, and even an outdoor shower.

If needed in the winter, at the end of the day, you can treat yourself to the luxury of turning on the pool heating for absolute comfort.

The Sea View villa features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers.

It is equipped with Wi-Fi, as well as air conditioning in all bedrooms, the living room, and the kitchen.

The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a walk-in closet and also offers a sea view.

The bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets if needed.

The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and dishes—nothing is missing!

The living room features a large sofa facing a smart TV connected to the internet and also featuring Orange TV, as well as a large floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the pool and the sea.

All linens are provided: bed sheets, bath towels, beach towels, tea towels, and bath mats.

* GETTING AROUND

A car is essential for getting around the island, even though distances are short.

We can recommend car hire companies with very affordable rates that can deliver the car directly to the airport or even right to the villa.

* POOL

For safety reasons, even though the pool is equipped with an alarm, we recommend this villa only for families with children who know how to swim.

The villa is equipped with a water tank, which is very useful for coping with potential water outages.
