This villa is a high standard property, a real pearl located on the heights of BUIS LES BARONNIES, a charming village of 2500 inhabitants in the heart of a region named « LA DRÔME PROVENCALE ».

This rental is proposed for max 4 guests in May, June and September.

Dogs, even large ones, are accepted with great pleasure ; the estate is enclosed.
The villa is surrounded by centuries-old olive trees on 5700 m2 and offers an exceptional view of the surrounding mountains -including the Saint Julien typical rock and Mount Ventoux- the village (1300 m from the villa) and the Ouvèze valley. You will be literally hooked on a panorama unequalled in the region.

A large SWIMMING POOL (open from may the 15th to september the 21th), a sanctuary of greenery will be available to you and only for you (no other guests). No immediate neighbours . So tranquillity, discretion and privacy are guaranteed. The telescopic cover of the swimming pool is used as a solar heater when necessary.

AT THE GROUND FLOOR ( 4 guests - 50 m2) : a naturally cool flat: 1 spacious bedroom, 1 extra bedroom /study in the entrance hall, 1 living-room/dining-room with kitchenette and TV, 1 bathroom with a toilet.

It's strictly NON SMOKING, but smoking is possible outside.

Hidden gem!

This is an amazing property, hidden away on the hillside near the beautiful town of Buis-les-baronnies. The property had everything we needed including a washing machine and dishwasher. The pool and surrounding gardens combined with the views are simply stunning. I can highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed!

A corner of paradise

It was a strange climb but a stunning view was out reward. The host was both friendly and reserved. Our privacy was respected at the outmost. Firm bed and strong shower. Kitchen Equipment rather poor.

Wunderschöner Urlaub 🌞

Wir hatten im Juni eine sehr erholsame Zeit auf diesem wunderschönen Grundstück! Von Anfang an haben wir uns willkommen gefühlt. Der Vermieter ist sehr lieb und freundlich. Wenn man Fragen hat, ist er jederzeit erreichbar, ansonsten bemerkt man ihn durch seine zurückhaltende Art gar nicht . Wir hatten im Erdgeschoss eine geräumige Wohnung, die genau den Bildern entspricht und bestens ausgestattet ist. Wir können einen Urlaub dort nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Fantastisch verblijf

Voor de 2e keer gebruikt mogen maken van deze fantastische accommodatie. Zeer fijn terug zien en alles was weer zeer goed voor elkaar. Lekker kunnen zwemmen en gebruik gemaakt van de barbecue. We komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Un séjour de rêve!

Dès l´arrivée, on a l´impression d´être au paradis! Une grande piscine sublime nous attend, toute pour nous, dans un environnement exceptionnel de beauté et de tranquillité. Le panorama est superbe. Le logement est agréable et confortable, un véritable nid d amour. Une propreté irréprochable, rien ne manque. Le propriétaire est charmant et serviable, extrêmement discret, tout en restant toujours disponible pour une intervention éventuelle, un renseignement ou un conseil. Vers 7h, il nettoie tout, la piscine et les abords, en silence pour ne pas nous réveiller et, quand on se lève, il a disparu et tout est propre! Très appréciable. A la tombée de la nuit, un éclairage extérieur féérique et romantique avec la grande fontaine et ses jets d´eau, que nous pouvons mettre en route nous-mêmes à notre guise. La baignade est possible à toute heure, même la nuit avec la piscine illuminée. Si l´on désire une eau plus chaude, très simple ; Il suffit de fermer l´abri télescopique durant la nuit. La région est magnifique avec de très nombreuses balades à faire, dont le célèbre Mont Ventoux bien sûr. Quel dommage que nous n´ayons pas emmené nos chiens alors que c´était possible. Michel adore les chiens et les accueille très volontiers, ce qui est rare chez les propriétaires. A recommander sans hésitation. Comme nous, vous serez enchantés!

Séjour au calme vue imprenable sur buis les Baronnies.

Emplacement agréable, accueil parfait, Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de table avec chaises proche du logement pour petit déjeuner dehors ou au bord de la piscine, Car le barbecue est accessible par des escalier et après sur Terrain légèrement en pente il faut donc faire de nombreux aller retour pour s installer au repas. Beaucoup trop de vaisselle inutile et pas de place de rangement pour l alimentation. Si il pleut la cuisine est très sombre et peu agréable. Séjour agréable malgré tout.

Très joli site.

Le secteur nous a enchanté, belle maison avec piscine, les environs très agréables ainsi que les petites villes avoisinantes. Tout était bien, un seul regret un ameublement trop vieux, les couverts très nettement insuffisants, les ustensiles de cuisines trop peu nombreux, les WC dans la salle de bains??? la salle de bains glissante voire dangereuse et avec des rideaux en plastique anti hygiéniques. L'équipement de cette appartement demande à être rénové et rajeuni avec des meubles modernes. Le propriétaire est très gentil et très serviable et pas du tout gênant.

Super tolles Haus mit Einliegerwohnung

Unser Aufenthalt bei Herr Berhard war sehr schön. Wir waren etwas überrascht, dass wir die Einliegerwohnung im EG hatten, die jedoch Alles hatte, was wir zum leben brauchten. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt, die Übergabe beim Check-In und Check-out war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Der Hausherr ist unter tags kaum wahrnehmbar. Jeden Morgen säubert er die neuralgischen Stellen und den Pool, noch vor unserem Aufstehen (vor 7:30 Uhr). Die Benutzung der Grills, des Pools, Tischtennis, Tischkicker, Boule ist jederzeit möglich. Unsere 3 Hunde konnten auf dem Gelände frei laufen, da es ringsherum eingezäumt ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genoßen. Vielen Dank.

Très beau séjour

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette belle région que nous ne connaissions pas mais qui a su nous conquérir. Une magnifique villa avec vue panoramique sur les reliefs environnants. Le propriétaire était discret, très agréable et de bon conseil. Nous avons beaucoup aimé ces quelques jours malgré une météo assez capricieuse..!! (nous avons quand même bien profité de la sublime piscine)

Absolut traumhaft

Wir waren Mitte Juni von 12.-18.(leider scheinbar genau eine Woche vor der Lavendelblüte) dort. Das Objekt ist das Beste was wir bisher jemals gemietet hatten(wir sind Ende 50). M. Bernard wohnt in der oberen Etage, aber ist 100% diskret, so das man ihn überhaupt nicht bemerkt und sich absolut privat fühlt. Bei Anliegen hilft er sehr schnell. Wir hatten unsere 2 Hunde dabei, von denen wir quasi auch 6 Tage Urlaub hatten, da das gesamte riesige Gelände eingezäunt ist und man die Hunde bei geschlossenem Hauptportal dauernd freilaufen lassen darf. Gassi gehen unnötig. Die Hunde werden autonom.Für Städter fast schon eine Grenzerfahrung. Das Grösste ist das Aussengelände. Man hat mehrere Möglichkeiten zum Sitzen oder Liegen zur Verfügung. Oben beim Grill für die Mahlzeiten, unten beim Pool zum Chillen oder im überdachten Aussensitzbereich. Überall ist durch viele Sonnenschirme Beschattung bestens garantiert! Der Blick auf das unten liegende Buis les Baronnies und der dahinter liegenden traumhaft schönen Landschaft mit dem Mt.Ventoux ist atemberaubend. Wir haben keine Ahnung welche Sender der grosse Flachbildfernseher bietet , da er bei diesem Wahnsinnspanorama nie benutzt wurde. All die tollen Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie Tischtennis, Bogenschiessen,Kicker und Boulebahn haben wir wegen hochsommerlichen Temperaturen und daraus folgender Totalentspannung nichtmals genutzt. Kleiner Tip zum Auffinden des Hauses bei Anreise. Die Adresse und Hausnummer scheint durch Navis nicht auffindbar. Den angegebenen Weg konsequent, auch wenn er im Navi einen anderen Namen hat immer weiter die Serpentinen bis zum Ende hoch fahren. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wauw, wat een plek!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Een fantastische plek met zicht op de berg die we voor Klimmen-tegen-ms, op de wielrenner, hebben bedwongen. Een plek om te relaxen, tot jezelf te komen, maar ook lekker actief bezig te zijn met tafeltennis, jeu des boules, tafelvoetbal en zwemmen. En dan de route naar het huis, enige stuurmanskunst is vereist, maar wat gaaf. Niet dat je een 4x4 nodig hebt, maar het helpt wel... Gewoon fantastisch!

Un paradis

Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve ! Sûrement une des propriétés les mieux placées pour profiter d'un panorama d'exception. Cette maison c'est le luxe authentique, celui de vivre un temps suspendu parmi les oliviers et une propriété hyper entretenue. L'accueil du propriétaire met très à l'aise, c'est un confort supplémentaire de savoir qu'on peut l'appeler en cas de besoin. Mais il se montre d'une discrétion totale, vous vous sentirez comme chez vous. D'ailleurs c'est ce que nous avons ressenti en partant, l'impression de fermer la porte de notre maison de vacances au bout de 4 jours à peine passés sur place. C'est une chance que ce propriétaire ouvre son trésor de maison et nous la partage. Nous reviendrons, nous l'espérons !
