Lovely Apartment

We had a lovely stay here in Annecy. The location was wonderful. The host was responsive and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable, the place was well-appointed and the terrace was a lovely feature. Would stay here again!

The apartment was well situated being close to Gare de l’Est and Gard de Nord and good food shopping areas and restaurants however it had peeling ceiling paint, badly scratched walls in the bedroom and burn holes in the lounge suite. Appliances were great but no oven. So, if that style suits then you should consider as quite roomy.

Annecy-Fabulous Apartment

Loved Annecy, beautiful place to visit. This apartment was fantastic, plenty of room for 4 adults. Made use of the balcony which got the sun in the afternoon. Easy access with lift too. Very clean. Location was spot on, within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants, lake. Would stay here again

it was good, but...

The location is exceptional, and I don't think you could do any better. The apartment block is well maintained, secure and incredibly clean. The neighbours were lovely and friendly. However, there was no cutlery other than a single tea spoon, in a self catering apartment is very very bizarre. I'm not entirely sure what the intention of this was, as it was otherwise incredibly well stocked, to the point of having too much, as an example there was a functioning racelette grill and coffee, tea and very sharp chopping knives, just nothing to eat with, whatever you chop. Having not been to Annecy before we had no idea where we were expected to buy cutlery, so we didn't, nor should we have had to. The spare bed was not comfortable in the slightest, I think it was two single beds bolted together, expect i'm not sure it was very well bolted. It didn't ruin our stay, if you're booking be aware that the spare bed and pillows are not really all that good.

Super emplacement!

Nous avonss eu un très beau séjour à Annecy au début Octobre et notre sejour fut en partie réussi grâce à notre logement. L’emplacement était tout simplement excellent; près de tout, à quelques pas du lac ainsi que du vieux Annecy et de nombreux restaurants. Le logement dispose de 2 grandes chambres, une cuisine très bien équipée et d’un balcon que nous avons trouvé très utile et agréable. Aspect négatif est le fait que des travaux de rénovation sont présentement en cours et c’est la vue que nous avons mais le tout devrait être réglé prochainement.

Parfait

L’appartement est très beau, spacieux avec une jolie terrasse, il est parfaitement situé en centre-ville tout y est facile d’accès. Le parking de la poste est à 5 min et offre des forfaits pour plusieurs jours très avantageux.

Bel appartement moderne

Appartement très bien situé pour visiter Annecy. Il ne manque rien, et la literie est super confortable!! La communication et l'accueil sont parfaits, nous avons eu de bons conseils. Pour ce qui est de la voiture, je conseille le parking de Bonlieu à 6mn à pieds. Pour plusieurs jours vous devrez prendre un abonnement directement au parking

L’appartement est très sympathique, avec une décoration soignée, il est bien aménagé et surtout un emplacement central . Malheureusement nous avions trois appartements autour de nous en travaux et donc notre séjour a été assez bruyant dès 8hs30 le matin .

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour malgré le bruit lié à des travaux dans l’immeuble. Appartement très bien situé, chaleureux et moderne, de plus conforme aux photos. Nous nous y sommes senti comme chez nous! Très bon accueil lors de notre arrivée.
