Tir Bedw is a homely, clean, nicely-presented and maintained semi-detached cottage set on a quiet lane in Edern village and can sleep six people. There are two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside, there is ample off road parking for vehicles and watercraft, a shared lawn and patio with furniture and a pond. Tir Bedw is a lovely base for a family holiday.

Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, slimline dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot on request. Ample off road parking for vehicles and watercraft. Shared lawn and patio with furniture. Sorry, no smoking or pets. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach and golf club 1 mile. Note: Pub does not accept children under the age of 10. Note: Low doorway in to dining room.
