Boasting more than 1,200 square feet of space, this Abacos villa at Bahama Bay Resort & Spa is ideal for family vacations or group getaways. Enjoy meals in the well-equipped kitchen, which includes all major appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, stove, and microwave. Plus, there's cookware, utensils, and glassware. With plenty of room to spread out, you will love the spacious living room-dining room area and can take in the scenery from a screened balcony with tables and chairs. An in-home laundry room means guests can wash clothes while watching cable TV in the living room or main bedroom or while keeping an eye on the little ones in the crib and highchair provided.

The Bahama Bay Resort & Spa boasts shared pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, and a sauna. Located on the shores of Old Lake Davenport, you can enjoy the sand beach, view wildlife from the pier, or relax in a hammock. The resort is also conveniently located near Polo Park East Golf Course. Located only 10 miles from Walt Disney World, plenty of local dining and shopping options are nearby. Disney Springs offers over 100 shops and 60 restaurants, along with daily and nightly entertainment. Gatorland has a free-flight aviary, petting zoo, animal shows, zip line, and a new Stompin' Gator Off-Road Adventure. For additional entertainment, Sea World is just 16 miles away, Universal Studios is 22 miles, and Legoland Florida is 23 miles away from the resort for the younger guests.

The Tradewinds Restaurant and Bar, located within the resort, is poolside on Lake Davenport's shore. You can enjoy ice-cold drinks, signature burgers, and fries with indoor and outdoor seating and a bar with lake views!

The Market Place in the main Clubhouse offers various items, from sundries and necessities to souvenirs, apparel, gifts, drinks, snacks, ice cream, and accessories.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
