a ground floor villa in a quiet private domain between Grimaud village and the beaches of Port Grimaud located 2 km from the sea, close to Saint Tropez and the beaches of Pampelonne, at the foot of the medieval village of Grimaud, very quiet in a pretty garden raised 500 meters. Deckchairs, hammock. possibility of decreasing tariff according to duration and period. Boat shuttle to Saint-Tropez Sainte Maxime. Bus shuttle. Very nice pedestrian bike ride very close to the beaches for 4 people, quiet. A large 30m² bedroom with a large 160 cm bed and a second smaller bedroom including a 140 cm sofa bed with a 10 m2 private shower. Very typical an enclosed and independent garden, a hacienda type bell tower. Fireplace not usable Large living rooms, scents of wisteria washingtonia, laurel, gardener, closed gate, very well equipped. 200 meters from Hupside jumping. Flowery, quiet, independent, up to three private parking spaces, air conditioning, beautiful exposure not overlooked. Small tourist train to the beaches. Regular garden maintenance. cot on request baby sheets not provided. Arrival between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
