La propriété ne nous a pas séduite

Nous avons été surpris en arrivant dans la propriété de constater la présence de 3 tentes habitées dans le jardin et autant de voitures. L annoncé fait mention d un petit studio mitoyen qui peut être occupé. Nous nous attendions pas à autant de personnes à côté de nous. Nous n avons pas pu profiter du jardin pour cette raison. (Ambiance camping avec passage d’ un homme en slip devant votre terrasse au petit déjeuner ) Nous avons été surpris de devoir payer en supplément les draps ( 10€. / lit) et ne pas avoir reçu de serviettes. La maison est en bon etat mais nécessite une reprise complète de la décoration car très vieillissante ( il conviendrait de rajouter dans l’annonce des photos de l intérieur qui permettraient d avoir un aperçu complet de la maison ) Les échanges avec là propriétaire ont été fluides et bons. De notre point de vue cette location est beaucoup trop chère en comparaison avec d autre biens au vu de la prestation proposée et de l emplacement.
