Va et viens du propriétaire, sans prévenir le locataire, jour comme de nuit (2h du matin environ)
Fait, des réflexions indirectement.
Très mauvaise isolation acoustique.
Manque de place.
Aucune communication, avec le propriétaire.
Location à faire couple seul, sans enfants.
