The home has been completely remodeled.

The home has two separate structures:
1) Main house 1,100 square feet, hardwood floors
2) A detached King Suite Cottage 270 square feet total (including the bathroom and mini kitchen)

The King Cottage Suite has its own entrance through a separate gate door at the end of the gated parking area. There is also a small privacy fence between the yard for the main house and the King Cottage Suite.

You will need to climb a few stairs to enter the house. You will be sent codes for keyless entry. You do not need to lock the front door or the cottage door, both automatically lock and you can reenter with your code. Do not lock the knob locks of the front door or the cottage door or you will get locked out!

Driveway has a somewhat steep incline, if you want to park behind the privacy fence for gated parking which is also flat, you will need to open and close the gate manually each time (lift up the cane bolts at the front of the gate to open). Please remember to use the gate ties to hook each gate door when you open the gate in order to protect your vehicle when entering and exiting or the gates can swing. If you are parking in the area behind the gate, one person will still need to enter through the front door to open up the kitchen door since the front door is where the keyless entry for the main house is. You can put the cane bolts at the front of the gate back down to secure the gate shut. We have plenty of driveway parking.

There is a Ring Video Doorbell at the front door, there is also a Ring Motion Detector Floodlight camera attached to the King Suite Cottage that overlooks the gated parking area and the right side of the house. There are also motion detector lights around the property and in the front entrance.

Please remember that you are staying in a home, not a hotel, and treat it as you would your own. If any issues arise, we will do our best to resolve ASAP, however please do realize that no one is living on-site 24/7.
