Renovated house of 140m2 located in a quiet and wooded area north of Pau,
The house, 10 minutes from the city centre, can accommodate between 6 and 8 people. Ideal for one or two families with children.

Ideally located to discover the region, 1h00 from the sea or the mountains.

Description of the house:
Ground floor: An entrance leading to a large living room bathed in light with open kitchen. You will also find a bedroom (bed 140) and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

Upstairs: A sleeping area composed of a large master bedroom (bed 160) and two children's bedrooms (2 beds of 90 basic, possibility of accommodating up to 4 children). A mezzanine with a table football, comic books, card and board games. A bathroom with bath and toilet completes the floor.

Practical side:
Parking: Possibility to park free of charge on the street (very quiet area) or inside the property (attention: passage of the narrow gate, 2.60 m).
Equipment: We provide the basic necessities (toilet paper, bath mats, tea towels).
Linen: Bed linen and towels are not provided.
Note: However, we can exceptionally offer bed linen with an additional charge.

Traveller access
You will have access to the entire house for a stay in complete privacy, except for our office which will remain private.
Room configuration: To ensure optimal comfort while preserving space, the configuration adapts to the number of passengers:
For bookings of 4 people: You will have access to three bedrooms. Depending on your needs, we will close either the bedroom on the ground floor or one of the children's rooms upstairs (feel free to check the photos to view the layout).

Other Notes & Services

Services for families:
On request, we provide you with all the necessary equipment for your children free of charge: travel cot, high chair and safety barriers.

Leisure: To enjoy the garden, we lend outdoor games (ping pong table, balls, badminton kit, archery for children, etc.).

Maintenance and deposit:
Cleaning: The house must be returned in the original state of cleanliness. If you wish to fully enjoy your departure, a cleaning fee of €75 is available.

A departure inventory will be carried out together (or with our representative) at the end of your stay.
