Very well equipped villa, on one level, extensive which allows everyone to rest in peace. Large swimming pool which will be fenced in 2024. Many games for children.
Quiet, wooded area, in a village rich in shops and faithful to its Camargue traditions, located in the centre of the MER-MONTPELLIER-NIMES triangular.
4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4toilets, courtyard for parking cars. 1400 m2 of grassy land in the shade of olive trees and large equipped pool house, petanque court and many games. Cat on the ground (kibble provided to be donated).
