AS20085 - Spacious studio with pool and parking
NORTH BEACH - Residence PORT ESCALE, secured with pool and common parking. Nice spacious and bright studio on the ground floor overlooking a terrace with Garden and Port view, with a double bed in 140cm, Tv and bunk bed 2 beds. Equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and oven). Bathroom with washing machine and toilet. Beach 100m away, close to shops, restaurants and public transport. Furnished and equipped for 4 people.
OPTIONAL BENEFITS:
- Bed linen set: €15/bed (2 flat sheets + 2 pillowcases)
- Duvet cover set: €20/bed (1 flat sheet and 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases)
- Towel kit: 7€/person
- Household: 44€ Studio (Free of pet hair)
Two deposit check are to be given to us on the day of your arrival (400€ deposit for flat, 100€ deposit household), not cashed and destroyed after the verification of the apartment.
The handing over of keys is done in our real estate agency.
