Beautiful 3br home tucked away on the Golf Course with private pool
This is a smoke-free, and pet-free home that has an open floor plan with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that will lead out to your own private screened in pool in the backyard that over looks the 9th hole on the Tara Preserve Golf course. It Has everything you need for a comfortable relaxing vacation; wireless internet access, washer dryer, Gas grill, TV's, and much more.
Only a mile down the road from Jiggs landing, where you can go have a drink and listen to live music at night or drop you kayak/boat into the water from their boat ramps during the day.
Centrally located with in a 30 minute drive of some popular beaches, Anna maria island, Siesta key, Long boat key, Manatee Beach and much more. University town Shoppes and Mall are 10 minutes down the road with many shops and restaurant to choose from.
One king size bed and two queens beds, hardwood flooring and tile throughout. There are 3 bathrooms. A spacious kitchen and bar area and an office space to use if needed.
