Gîte de l'Estelle

The Gîte de l'Estelle welcomes you to the heart of the Landes region, in the small village of Saint-Gein. Just 5 minutes from all amenities, you’ll enjoy the charm and tranquility of the countryside in a 90 m² detached house with 2 covered terraces and a 1,300 m² garden overlooking the surrounding farmland.

Just 15 minutes from Mont-de-Marsan and Aire-sur-Adour, you’ll be ideally located to explore the Lower Armagnac region: Numerous wineries and vineyards in the area, the thermal baths at Eugénie-les-Bains (20 minutes) and Barbotan-les-Thermes (30 minutes), and many lakes and rivers for fishing and swimming.

As the warm weather arrives, the towns and villages come alive one after another during their patron saint festivals, offering you the chance to experience the friendly atmosphere and folklore of the Landes region through numerous family-friendly events, such as the course landaise and the bodegas.

Amenities:
The cottage features 2 large bedrooms with 160-cm beds, 1 large bedroom with a 140-cm bed, and a smaller bedroom with a 90-cm single bed and a cot.
There are 2 separate bathrooms, one of which has a sink, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine (dryer and ironing board available) and a hair dryer.
In winter, you’ll enjoy the wood pellet stove, and in summer, the covered patios equipped with patio furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue.
The cottage features a separate, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee makers...).
Baby equipment is provided (high chair, cot, toilet trainer, baby bathtub....)
We offer amenities to make your stay more enjoyable: board games, raclette set, fondue set...
Wi-Fi.

Short stays are possible (minimum 2 nights).

Bed linens and bath towels are provided at no extra charge.

A cleaning service is available at the end of your stay for €50.

During the winter months (October through April), a €5/day surcharge applies for heating (wood pellet stove and electric heating).
