The Space
We recommend a maximum of 8 adults and 5 kids (remember there are only two bathrooms). Technically there is space for 13 adults plus a pack'n'play for an infant/toddler.

(If you have a larger party we recommend booking an additional house which is very close to this one, so the guest group may spread out between the two listings. Ask me for the listing link)

Sun yourself next to the pool or make yourself at home in the newly renovated fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances (coffee maker (kcup, French press & drip), toaster, etc.) and dining area.

Complimentary high speed WIFI internet makes it easy to plan your day and post your status from your vacation or catch up on some work (desk space also provided).

Relax in the spacious living room and watch all your online shows (T.V fitted with G Chrome) or surf the local channels. Living room is fitted with a twin day bed, convertible twin ottoman and queen sofa bed in addition to two lounge chairs.

House has 4 bedrooms and one with one bunk and one twin beds). The master bedroom has an en-suite and tv.

Additionally, in the living room, the house has a queen sofa bed, “twin day bed” (single bed) and ottoman which converts into twin bed.

The house is fully equipped with linens, washer/dryer, shampoo/body wash etc. to make your time in St. Pete a breeze.

The house is professionally cleaned before each stay by both a cleaning company and linens by a laundry service.

The pool is professionally cleaned on a Tuesday. Please note it is an open air pool debris during Florida rain showers can fall into it. A scoop and vacuum are onsite for your use.

Additionally, regarding the pool: no lifeguard is provided (like at a public pool) therefore your groups safety it is your responsibility Ie please make sure that pool safety rules are followed. Please note: we welcome infants and children to stay however the house does not have outlet covers etc. so would not be considered child proof. We provide a pack and play (we do not provide a pack n play fitted sheet or baby sheets).

Additionally, the insurance on the house does not allow any animals on the property.

The package will be waiting for you on check in and will be yours for the duration of your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole house, with easy self check in with secure key pad (code messaged via VRBO to you just before your stay). Parking is available both on street or in front of the house (large double driveway can accommodate between 3-4 cars max).
