Great little place

Really clean, fresh and homely accomodation. Very peaceful but easy to get to Carmarthen and surrounding areas. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again .

It is a very quiet and peaceful location with easy access to the main A40. Ample park parking. Family friendly. Accommodation was cleaned and bed linen and towels was changed halfway through the stay and the barn was cleaned as well. We stayed for 14 days. We wanted a really relaxing holiday for ourselves and 2 adult Sons. All the amenities of a large town just 3 miles away in Carmarthen. Also there is plenty to do for the adventures. Both bedrooms had en-suite facilities. Really spacious living conditions and excellent roomy bedrooms. Communication with Debbie the host was excellent. For us it was 5 stars all the way.

This property was immaculate and is the 2nd one we have stayed at here and they are both brilliant. Well stocked kitchen, we even have wine, crisps, biscuits and sweets left for us. Not only that but everywhere clean and tidy, easy to check in and great communication with the owner Debbie. We cannot wait to book and plan our next visit in either property and it will be our first choice every time we come to see my husbands parents. Thanks again Debbie for having us.

The property was ideal to suit our needs and requirements. One small detail was the lack of vertical blindsto to the Courtyard windows owing to the close proximity of the properties facing. Although we drew the curtains we had adequate light from the excellent roof lights.

This a lovely, spacious property which was useful for us as it was booked as part of a cousin's gathering. Although the ten of us were staying in various places, The Parlour was the venue of choice for evenings as it was so well eqipped and had seating and crockery for all despite having sleeping space for just four.It is just a few bundred metres from the A40 and yet extremely quiet. Debbie Evans, the host is extremely obliging and her instruction for finding tbe place were very clear. All in all, very much worth staying

Family Break

This was our 3rd stay in the cottage. Lovely cottage, really comfortable with great facilities. Only negative is TV could be bigger! Looking forward to our next stay.

Stayed three nights for balloon festival in Carmarthen show ground. This property was fantastic I couldn’t give any less than 5star all categories. Will 100% be returning for any events around Carmarthen.

First trip to wales

Accommodation nice old converted barn,large rooms well equipped. Downside mattress needs replacing in main bedroom,sat on it and it collapses so thin,no a good nites sleep. Great selection of welcome treats

Good time

Lovely property, but the beds were extremely hard, not very comfortable, no doggy bin even though the property allowed dogs to stay, no dvd remote and it buzzed all throughout the films you played, but overall a very nice property.

Beautiful peaceful space

Lovely converted barn. Came here with my 83 year old aunt. She loved the peace and tranquility. She did fall down the one and only step in the building, but was just a bit bruised and no serious harm done so it never spoiled the lovely stay we had here. Lovely, helpful people, great communication, great facilities. Single bed was too hard for me, but would definitely come back again (will just bring my topper for comfort). Fab kitchen and a bonus with two en suite bedrooms.easy to find with beautiful countryside surroundings and plenty of parking. Thanks for a wonderful break, will definitely book again.

A short break in our routine

The location was very good and the facilities OK. The weather was as well, tho we'd hoped for luck in that. We were a little disappointed in the cooking equipment, variety of pans and implements. It seemed there was an assumption that there would always be 4 people never just 2, as in our case. Finally, the dining table and tv/relaxing area are poorly lit, particularly for reading!

Fabulous property beautiful inside and outside just 1st class

Just stunning so spacious clean the little welcome tray and we even had wine flowers and card left for our anniversary. Thank you so much for stunning accommodation. We loved it
