Nous avons passé un excellent week-end chez Véronique et Benoît. Logement très agréable, spacieux et lumineux. Super bien placé au coeur du centre d'Aubenas. Belle région!

Communication réduite avec les proprietaires

Le logement est adapté pour une grande famille mais il y a peu de communication aveces propriétaires. Ayant eu le covid la veille de mon séjour j,'ai prévenu aussitôt les propriétaires que seule la famille de mon fils viendrait les nuits suivantes. Aucun geste n'a été fait financierement et je n'ai même pas reçu de réponse compatissante a mon message annonçant ma positivité. C 'est dommage car il n'y a rien a dire sur le gîte.

Votre appréciation est vraiment sévère car, c'est nous, au contraire qui avons eu du mal à savoir qui venait et combien de temps. Vous avez modifié avant d'avoir eu le Covid. Cela nous a fait un manque à gagner de 325€. Vous êtes bien la 1ère personne à se plaindre de notre accueil! Quant à votre état de santé nous avons demandé de vos nouvelles, bien-sûr, à votre famille présente. Quoiqu'il en soit passez une excellente "rentrée" et portez-vous bien.
