Exquisite property! Perfect stay.

We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful location. House was extremely well appointed, particularly the kitchen. It was comfortable and perfect for our fishing family. We enjoyed the tubes, camp chairs and fishing supplies for spending time on the river. Hosts were courteous and helpful.

Amazing Idaho Gem

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the property. Such amazing access to the river where we could fish, float, and swim. Our kids loved the entire trip and we would definitely come back to this house. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Perfect spot on the NF CDA

Stayed with two friends, mostly for fishing. The house has plenty of room, a great kitchen space, four comfortable bedrooms, and the property is lovely with convenient private river access. Hope to be back again in the fall!

Great fall trip to the North Fork CDA!

Thanks for a lovely stay at the property for some fall fishing. The home is large and very well appointed, and the location right on the river was perfect on some nice warm days in late September. Eric (the host) was a great resource and very easy to communicate with. Can't wait for our next time back!

Kingston comfort

The house and property are beautiful. We had fun walking down to the river and fishing. My son practiced his fly fishing daily. The house is clean and exceptionally well stocked. Numerous small kitchen appliances and a grill made cooking a breeze

Winter Wonderland

It was a great family vacation. The house was well outfitted with plenty of room for everybody. We had 4 adults & 3 children. When we first got there it was pouring rain. The owner/manager came with his boys & help us unload our snowmobile trailer which was the best help ever!! Many thanks to all! It was a great location to travel to Silver Mt waterpark, fun was had by all. We were even able to get out our snowmobiles for the kids to ride on the land below the driveway and throw snowballs into the river. Overall a wonderful time.

River House

Very relaxing stay with our grown children and grandkids. Everyone enjoyed floating the gentle flowing river in early July. The house was very clean and comfortable. Folding chairs, beach towels, and float tubes were available to take down to the river for a relaxing 2-days on the water. Our son who lives nearby brought a tent canopy to shade us at the river. Many thanks for the basket of treats and bottled water. The nearby Walmart was great for groceries and any supplies we may have needed. Next time we will bring bicycles and take day trips on the Hiawatha Trail and the Trail of the Coeur D’Alene.

Perfect spot to stay to enjoy fall fishing on the North Fork

We had a great time staying at the property in October after looking for a way to stay near the river to enjoy a few days of fall fishing. The property boasts excellent private river access, and we were lucky enough to run into Eric (the owner) when we arrived, who dropped everything to give us a tour of the property. The home is spacious and updated, and we appreciated that there were not just four bedrooms but four "big boy" beds, queens/kings. The kitchen is really well appointed and we had everything we needed. The property includes a large field where we saw a bull moose along with a cow and a yearling which was a blast but a reminder to stay aware of your surroundings when walking around. Communication with the hosts was timely and clear and we felt really welcomed. I can't imagine going back to stay anywhere else but this property next time.

This experience is Awesome!

Eric was absolutely Great! He and his family go out of their way to make sure that your stay is extraordinary. After that, it’s game on. A walk to the river. If you desire to fish, they walk around their 18 acre property with wildlife and plenty of birdwatching and other animals. I have not even talked about the house yet which is extraordinary. Comfortable, clean, and ready for you to feel like you’re at home. And the scenery not only at Eric‘s place is great, but you could take a drive up the river and you never run out of stuff to see. Thank you Eric, hopefully we get to stay with you again in the very near future.

AMAZING

I hate to leave a good review as we would like this property to remain open for us..... This place was Amazing! The home is beautiful, the property was amazing, and both the river access points could not have been better. We planned to explore more of the surrounding area, but but spent most of everyday just fishing and exploring the property. Everyone in our group of 8 had a blast from ages 7 -45. Eric and Shannon were extremely helpful and very fast to respond to any questions we had throughout our rental process and stay. Can't thank you guys enough! We will certainly be back.

Great spot for the family!

Just what our family with four sons was looking for- place on the river to fish and swim. And the house was big enough we could all have space to take a break from each other as needed- lol. Lots to do in surrounding areas for exploring as well. The only downside to this property is the house is located close to the road- so you get some road noise during the day, but very quiet at night. The property is large so sitting by the river gets you away from the road noise. Would rent again!!

We had a wonderful time at this property and hope to return.

This house is in an ideal location. It's right next to the river, so you can fish or relax on the bank, while still being within about 30 minutes to the action in Coeur d'alene. The accommodations were great with plenty of room for everyone. Owners were very responsive to any questions and very helpful. We all had a great time catching trout, hiking, and visiting CDA. Highly recommend.

Awesome river house

We had a fantastic stay at this roomy house. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, fishing gear and tubes provided and responsive owners that were flexible. Close to all cda amenities. We loved it.

Wonderful!

One of the best places we have ever rented. It was clean, organized, and had everything we needed! The location was wonderful!! We enjoyed seeing deer in the field, a moose and bald eagles. We all enjoyed floating, fishing and skipping many a rock at the river. Would recommend this property to anyone!

Absolutely perfect!

We loved staying here! Exactly what we all needed, peace and quiet and places to explore. Thoroughly enjoyed tubing down the river and checking out the area. Really didn’t want to leave, but definitely planning on coming back!

Beautiful 18 acre property to explore with 2 river access points. From the house, it's a quick 200 yard walk across the property to river front beach access. Enjoy fishing, floating, kayaking, paddle boarding the CDA River. Great UTV, biking and hiking trails all around, including the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes and Hiawatha Bike Trail. During the winter season, ski Silver Mountain, Lookout Pass and ride snowmobile trails throughout the CDA National Forest. There truly is something for everyone here!
