The fully air-conditioned holiday rental features 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a private terrace, a large, enclosed, secure garden overlooking a stream, and a swimming pool. <br>Our three bedrooms are all different: the first has a double bed; the second can be configured with either one large bed and two small beds or four small beds; and the third has two bunk beds. They are all located upstairs on the same level, along with a bathroom and a separate bathroom.<br><br>On the ground floor, you’ll find a living room with a flat-screen TV, a dining room, a separate bathroom, a kitchen, and a shower room. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. For beer lovers, the cottage is equipped with a beer tap (5L). We do not provide the beer!!!<br>From the private terrace, you’ll enjoy an unobstructed view of the Rosières countryside. Below the “faïsse” (stepped terrace), you can relax by a 12×5 pool, which is heated during the off-season, depending on the weather.<br><br>Children will have access to a swing set and a trampoline.<br><br>Located in Rosières, you can walk or bike to the river or run errands.<br>You’ll be close to the Ardèche River for canoeing, visiting Vallon Pont d’Arc, or exploring the Chauvet Caves (20 minutes). Just 1 hour and 30 minutes from Valence and 45 minutes from Alès, you’ll be in the heart of southern Ardèche during your stay.<br><br>We speak English and Spanish.
