Southern Alps, chalet rental 120m² in a quiet housing estate near the village of Jausiers.
You will find all the tranquility to rest and spend a pleasant stay.
The chalet has a large terrace (30 m³) with a magnificent view over the valley.
It has 2 bedrooms and bathroom (2 sinks, shower and bath) on the ground floor.
Upstairs, a large living room overlooking the terrace.
The village is also accessible on foot in 10 minutes on foot and there are all the useful shops.

the ski resorts of Sauze (11 km, 12 min.), Pra-Loup (20 km, 25 min.), Saint-Anne La Condamine (11.5 km, 18 Min.)
For Nordic skiing and snowshoeing: Jausiers, Saint-Paul and Larche.
There are also free shuttles to all stations.

Great house, great location

Christian's house has everything you could possibly want in a superb location. Cable television, comfy sofas, every possible cooking utensil, masses of crockery, lots of hot water on tap, a strong wifi connection, bags of room, its all there. The photos of the house are completely accurate and it is as nice as it looks. A big plus is the broad balcony on the first floor (where the cooking, dining and living areas are located) providing wonderful views of the mountains across the valley and a great place to eat. The utility room downstairs is useful for the storage of bikes should you be a cyclist (like me) and the location right at the foot of the Vars and Bonnette is very convenient. The Allos, Cayolle passes and Pra Loup are all very close too amongst other lesser known gems. For a modest fee Christian also provides good quality bed linen and towels, a real bonus if space is at a premium in your car. The proximity to the swimming lake in Jausiers is also a big plus if not all of you are mountain walkers/cyclists. It is a nice place to go and the wakeboard tow at one end is a big attraction. The location higher up the Ubaye valley is beneficial if you are a mountain walker as the Maurin and Larche valleys and their higher peaks that much closer. If Jausiers is where you want to go for your holidays. I would give this house strong consideration.

Wunderschönes Chalet, das ruhig am Berg liegt. Innen sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, so dass man sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter gut aufhalten kann. Der Außenbereich ist schön bepflanzt. Man findet zu jeder Tageszeit einen schönen Platz. Mehrere Zugänge zu Garten und Balkon. Jausiers ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar über einen schönen Weg durch Friedhof und einen Kreuzweg mit herrlichen Ausblicken auf die tollen Berge ringsherum. Sehr günstig gelegen um Wandermöglichkeiten in verschiedene Täler zu unternehmen. Wie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours en juillet dans le châlet, que dire? Chaleureux! on se sent chez soi, tout y est! La déco, les photos, bravo! Une vue splendide! Le calme. TRES BELLE SITUATION GEOGRAPHIQUE

le chalet est situé dans un endroit idéal pour visiter la vallée de l Ubaye . Confortable ,le chalet a une vue imprenable .Nous avons cependant été confronté à la nécessité de faire du ménage à notre arrivée , ce qui n est pas le meilleur accueil Frigidaire très sale , sanitaire de la salle de bain peu propre et état général plutôt douteux quand à un véritable nettoyage avant notre arrivé Dommage nous garderons cependant un bon souvenir de notre séjour avec un accueil très sympathique

On a passé 2 excellentes semaines dans un superbe chalet La vue de la terrasse est magnifique Le chalet est vraiment top, très bien équipé, très bien décoré Situé au calme mais le village de Jausiers est accessible en 10mn à pied Tous les plus beaux sites de l’Ubaye sont très facilement accessibles avec peu de trajet en voiture Et puis l’accueil par Mr Borelli est vraiment génial; il est d’une très grande gentillesse Tout est parfait Ne changer rien

2ème année consécutive dans ce gite toujours aussi agréable.Environnement toujours aussi exceptionnel qui nous a permis de réaliser de nouvelles balades bien que nous soyons déja venu l'année précédente. Gite propre et bien equipé. La localisation est idéale car en retrait de la grande route pour ne rien entendre mais assez proche pour aller à Barcelonette en 10 min de voiture.Sur les hauteurs de du village de Jausiers (beau point de vue) auquel on peut acceder par un chemin de ballade.Tres bon accueil par le voisin de la propriété (Merci!) qui est sympathique et tres flexible.Nous y retournerons surement.

Gîte très bien situé. De superbes ballades d 'altitude familiales à proximité.(Col de la cayolle;col de la Bonette) .Marmottes ;bouquettins; chamois étaient au rendez vous. Très beaux lac de montagnes.Concernant le gite;rien à redire.Une bonne literie et très bon équipement ; rien ne manquait. Très belle vue du gîte situé sur les hauteurs du village auquel on peut acceder facilement par un chemin de ballade. Petit commerces de proximité qui depannent bien. A qques kilomètres se trouve Barcelonette où on peut trouver de nombreux restaurants abordables et une piscine de plein air très agréable. Nous y retournerons surement.

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, und bietet eine tolle Aussicht. Alles im tadellosen Zustand, perfekt sauber. Alle Elektrogeräte funktionieren. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und sehr hilfreich. Jausiers ist ein sehr guter Startpunkt zum Rennrad- und Mountainbikefahren. Es bietet auch viele Aktivitäten für Kinder verschiedenen Alters. Ich kann es zu 100% empfehlen. The interior of the house is very nicely decorated. It is in a very quiet environment and offers spectacular views to the mountains. Everything is flawless, perfectly clean. Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc., etc. all works fine. The owners are very friendly and very helpful. Jausiers is an excellent base station to do road bike and mountainbike trips. Likewise it offers activities for kids at many ages. I can recommend at 100%. La casa y su decoración interior es muy bonita. Es en una zona tranquila y ofrece vistas espectaculares. Todo está en un estado perfecto y limpio. Todos los electrodomésticos funcionan bien. Los dueños son muy amables y ayudan en lo que haga falta. Jausiers es un sitio ideal para salidas en bici de carretera y bici de montaña. También hay mucha oferta para niños de varias edades. Recomendado a 100%.
