The Dunes out at Ft. Morgan is a great complex to visit. The sugar white sands on the beach are so inviting. This condo is on second floor and beautifully decorated! You can walk up a flight of stairs or take the elevator to the second floor. The kitchen is fully stocked, so making meals or snacks while you are vacationing is a breeze. This is a one-bedroom condo that comfortably sleeps 6 people. It has two bathrooms, there is a master bedroom with adjoining bathroom, roomy bunks in the hall, and a sleeper sofa. We'd love to have you!

Peaceful

It was very nice and peaceful. A bit of a walk or a short drive to the beach. Wish there was more suff in the area without having to drive 40 minutes but other than that a great stay.

Very clean and comfortable stay!

The room was excellent! They were doing remodeling to the outside of building so it was not as nice as it will be once completed. Loved the kitchen and view!

Great Choice!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a perfect place to stay! They were giving the complex a face lift so I wasn’t a huge fan of the construction noise and slight interruptions BUT outside of that, I would definitely choose to stay here again! It was very peaceful and not too bad of a walk to the beach and my family had a blast!!!

Disappointed

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Received text several days before arrival regarding renovations taking place at the condo complex. I was not aware of this when making the reservation. I understand the need to make repairs but would have liked to be made aware at the time of making the decision to rent the property. In addition, construction workers had to access our unit two different days which caused an inconvenience. One other item of concern involved very uncomfortable mattresses.
