jolie maison avec le principal pour vivre . jolie vaisselle . parking intérieur parfait . vu les chaleurs les propriétaires devraient investir dans 3 ventilateurs .( 1 dans chaque piÚce ).

Petite maison bien agencée et trÚs bien située

Nous avons passé de trÚs bonnes vacances en famille dans cette location trÚs bien située (impasse des clovisses). Bonne orientation, la terrasse est ombragée quasiment toute la journée (bien agréable avec des journées à 38°!) et quel plaisir d'aller à la plage à pied ! Petits bémols; - une grille de barbecue inutilisable car en trop mauvais état - un ou deux transats et un robinet extérieur auraient été appréciés.

Entspannter Urlaub am Atlantik

Nettes kleines HĂ€uschen, in dem man sich wohl fĂŒhlen kann. Ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden und alle modernen HaushaltsgerĂ€te. Bis 2017 gab es kein Wlan - vielleicht hat das zur Entspannung beigetragen. Am Campingplatz 700 m entfernt war die Möglichkeit, sich ĂŒber einen Hotspot einzuloggen. Immer wieder sind Kampfflugzeuge am Himmel zu hören, aber in ertrĂ€glichem Ausmaß. Fahrradnetz ist nördlich bei Lacanau besser ausgebaut. Sehr schöne Strandtage am Atlantik mit kurzen Wegen möglich.

Bett zu klein, lieblose Plastikgartenmöbel, keine Liegen, keine Polster, - spartanisch 2 - 3

Das Bett war trotz vorheriger Mitteilung zu klein und zu hart. Beides verursachte schlaflose NĂ€chte fĂŒr mich. Es gurrten hĂ€ufig Tauben in den Morgenstunden, wer es mag-Andere erhalten einen Psychoschaden bzw. werden aggressiv Nichts gegen Tauben, aber es nervt in direkter NĂ€he. Frösche quaken, war ok, hörte auch nachts auf und morgens auch nicht. Leider fiel bei uns Warmwasser aus. Die Abwicklung war nicht gerade ok. Immerhin hat man sich gekĂŒmmert. Eine Reduktion war ein Problem. Immerhin fand man noch eine Lösung. In der Agency le Ozean, sprach fast keiner zumindest Englisch. FĂŒr Touristen, die die Sprache nicht können und ein Problem haben, nicht zumutbar. Das Personal der Agentur war aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und auch unkompliziert. Danke. Die unverhĂ€ltnismĂ€ĂŸige Kaution brauchte man nur mit Kreditkarte absichern. Das sollte man auch so kommunizieren, somit auch kein Problem. Der Grill war gut, WC klein und eng aber ausreichend und i.o.. Ebenso die Dusche. PlastikgartenstĂŒhle waren, wie bekannt nichts fĂŒr ca. 100kg Personen. Zwei stabilere gestapelte PlastikstĂŒhle haben mich und die StĂŒhle gerettet. Schlecht war das Zubehör. Keine Liegen, keine Polster, kein Duschvorleger (selbst gekauft f. 4 Euro) Kein vernĂŒnftiges Brotmesser. Man hat den Eindruck, dass die Vermieter oder Vormieter sich gute Sachen mitnehmen. Die steile Holztreppe aus dem Schlafzimmerbereich ist gefĂ€hrlich, aber man gewöhnt sich daran. Empfehlung: Nachts Flurlicht anlassen, da Halbschlaf wandeln gefĂ€hrlich. Die Anordnung der Möbel ist nicht gut gewĂ€hlt. Im Nachbarhaus war es besser/offener gestaltet. Der Grill war ausreichend, wir haben besser einen neuen Rost gekauft. FĂŒr Baguette und Brötchen sind wir immer in den Ort bzw. Supermarkt gefahren. Die Sachen hielten aber auch bis und ĂŒber den nĂ€chsten Tag. Anderes war uns nicht bekannt bzw. haben wir gesehen. Evtl. noch ĂŒber das Hotel in der NĂ€he. Es waren viele kleine Gassen /AbkĂŒrzungen zu entdecken. Der Strandweg war ok und auch die StadtnĂ€he gut zu erlaufen. Der direkte Weg hinter dem Haus zum Strand, ist lĂ€nger als er scheint. Besser zum Ort laufen und dort ĂŒber die Matten zum Strand. Der Ort 4-5 Sterne, Strand 4-5 Sterne (teils windig), Haus leider aus o.g. GrĂŒnden nur eine 2+, Das Plus ist fĂŒr die relativ normale und wohnliche und doch gemĂŒtliche Einrichtung. Es gibt Vorort Schlimmeres und Teureres. Das Haus auf dem Bild war nebenan und vermutl. besser. Evtl Belegungsfehler.
