This downstairs basement apartment (we live upstairs, but it is completely separate and secured from our space - you may hear some noise from upstairs, but we try to be respectful) is located just minutes from downtown Cedar City (home of Utah Shakespeare Festival and SUU), and close to I-15 exit. Kid and family friendly! This is a great central location for State and National Parks (Zions: 65 miles, Bryce: 85 miles, Cedar Breaks: 27 miles), as well as Brian Head: 27 miles.
Recently completed basement (approx 1900 sq ft) will be the perfect place to get away and relax. You will enjoy a master suite, with this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom place, as well as a full kitchen! With a separate entrance to this basement (fully enclosed carpeted stairs inside), you will be totally on your own with your own separate space (doors are locked to the upstairs). **We do live upstairs on the main level, and have small children, so you will inevitably hear some noise, but will do our best to keep it to a minimum.** Enjoy a movie or your favorite show on the flat screen TV. We have Roku, and you can log in to your own accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.). No cable or satillite TV.

This was our second stay here and it was as perfect a spot as it was the first time. Clean, simple and perfectly located for our races in three peaks. We’ll be coming back again next year.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this full basement apartment. It was very spacious, new and beautifully kept, with very nice bathrooms and places to sleep. We had ten people ages 9 to adult and had a very enjoyable time. Check-in and out was so easy. We would 100% stay here again.
The apartment was spacious and clean. My family and I traveled to Enoch for a wedding and the location was perfect. While close to family and the apartment was still not too far from shopping. Had plenty of room and space as not to worry about being too crowded. Would recommend and would stay again.
We were looking for a place to stay close to Zion National Park. It is about an hour away from Zion but for the price it was worth it. The house was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep, 5 adults and 2 kids and we all had a bed. The kitchen was stocked with pans and plenty of utensils for cooking and eating. Overall it was a good place and we’d stay again if we’re in the area.
We were so comfortable and happy with this VRBO! Great layout, the beds & baths were comfortable and clean, plenty of room in the main living & dining area for our family of 7 to play board games, play pingpong, build blocks, someone always playing on the keyboard, and our kids brought their Nintendo switch to plug into the TV and play group Mario Cart tournaments! The mgmt was quick to respond when we had a question at check-out and overall made our stay simple and low stress. We would highly recommend to anyone in the future.

This was a nice property that suited our needs. It was clean and quiet. The beds were a little uncomfortable, and the site we booked it said 3 bedroom, it was clearly only 2. There were enough beds so we were fine.
It was nice and welcoming. After we had checked out we discovered that my husbands wallet was missing. So we went back and just knocked on the door and the owners were super friendly and let us go back in and check for it.
Basement space was very clean and is very spacious. Plenty or space for our group of 10…adults and kids. Everyone enjoyed ping pong as well as watching movies. Kitchen is stocked with basic necessities. There is a king bed in the back bedroom, and 3 queen beds in the front bedroom. A queen Murphy bed pulls out in the living room. There are floor cushions for additional sleeping too. Host was very responsive.
We came down to Cedar City for my son’s water polo tournament. Even though it was in Enoch, it was a very quick drive into Cedar City. This place was very spacious and we enjoyed being able to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. With teenagers, this makes trips so much more enjoyable. We also liked the ping pong table and had fun with that in the downtimes. It was very clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed to make our meals. It was in a quiet neighborhood and we didn’t hear anything from upstairs at all. We would love to stay here in the future!
We had a great stay in Enoch. We had a mountain bike race in Three Peaks and it was the perfect location for us. The apartment was clean and included everything we needed to cook meals and be comfortable. I needed to extend our stay and Kevin was easy to get ahold of and very accomodating. I recommend this location for your next stay in Enoch!
Our host worked with us as we had changes to our schedule once we booked. The accommodations were clean and well-kept. Checkin and out were simple. Would recommend.
The place was bigger than expected, really clean and comfortable, I was I little confused about the sleeping arrangements, but became clear as soon as we arrived, there are no pictures of the 3 beds on one bedroom, at little crowded on that room, but it worked for our needs. I will definitely will stay there again.

Kevin's property is perfect for a family! We were looking to stay in Cedar Creek proper but everything was sold out. The home is clean and neat. Kevin was easy to communicate and quickly responds to our questions. The home offers everything we needed and more. I will definitely come back again if we visit Cedar Creek again!
Our family had an extended stay here. Nothing but positive things to say. Kevin was an excellent host, always checking in to make sure everything was good. Our family loved being close to so many outdoor attractions. The property itself worked great for our family of four. Glad we got to stay here!
