About this property

Penthouse - Oceanfront with Pool at Regency Towers

Enjoy this 1800 sq foot Seventh floor Condo with Fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean! You can enjoy the fireworks every Friday in Summer right from your private balcony!  Just a short walk to boardwalk, and steps from the ocean you can park your car and not need it for the whole stay!

The building amenities include a heated Olympic sized swimming pool (seasonal) 2 fast elevators, a huge sun deck with umbrellas, tables, chairs and BBQ grills.

Come to the beach to make some great memories!

This 1800 sq foot, top floor condo includes a huge balcony, large windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sleeping space enough for 12!  The master bedroom suite includes a private bathroom, and the second bathroom includes a jetted tub.

The full kitchen includes everything necessary to prepare a meal.  Separate dining area, and two living spaces.  The bedrooms include memory foam mattresses, with a Lazyboy pullout couch in the living room, and a spare air mattress with quiet built-in pump to keep you comfortable all night long.

The master bedroom has one king bed.
Bedroom 2 has a queen and two single beds.
Bedroom 3 has a queen and two single beds.
Bedroom 4 has a queen bed.

There is a television with attached Roku in the living room and each of the three bedrooms.  A Blu-Ray player in the living room too.

Guests have full access to private penthouse apartment, with balcony.  

Pool and sundeck shared with other building guests.

Parking is included for one vehicle. There is free street parking about three blocks back.

We provide 12 bath towels and linens she sheets for all the beds.
At least one guest mush be over age 25.

There is a security camera on premises, pointed towards at the ocean, it cannot see inside the Penthouse or balcony.

The building is wired such that from October 15th through June 15th we have only heat and no Air-conditioning, and during the rest of the year we have only Air-conditioning and no heat. We do not accept one night bookings.

The Ocean View is perfect with a porch to sip and sit and relax. Better chairs and tables outside would nice That’s my only complaint. The apt was stunning clean the views breathtaking.

This was a very nice location for a girls weekend getaway. Check-in was very easy and everything was clean, comfortable, and updated. It was in a great location to go exploring and you cannot beat the beautiful view of the ocean! We were very pleased with our stay.

When we got there we found out the code had changed recently. The owner never reached out or responded about it. I was able to get the new code from another owner who was there. The place was both clean and not. There were mold stains on the ceiling and the chains for ceiling fans were caked in dust. But the bathrooms and kitchen and floors were clean. The master bedroom blinds are broken and the sun is bright. And then being woken up at 830am on a sat because workers had to be on site wasn’t great. The heat/cooling situation was unfortunate but understand that’s just the building age. For the price and it being off season it was fine but I would never pay in season asking price for this

Great location and views. Overall cleanliness of unit was not great. Not disgusting but not great. Biggest complaint was the fact that all window blinds on the beach side were broken which made sleeping in past sunrise near impossible.

The views were great. We were close to everything and traveled up and down the coast to other towns, Avalon, Stone Harbor. And Cape May as well as walking the Wildwood boardwalk Condo was nice. Just big enough for what we needed.

The view was amazing. The staff and residents we encountered were friendly and helpful. However, We wished that the bedrooms had closets available. The TV remotes were difficult to use and one of them never worked at all. Perhaps a guide would have helped. The tables on the balcony were rusted. One bedroom had no window covering available block the sun for late morning or afternoon nap. And the ice maker/water service on the refrigerator was inoperative. Several ice cube trays would have mitigated the problem.None of the above severely impacted our stay, but when we paid for a penthouse, we weren't expecting to experience these inconveniences.

Perfect offseason vaca

We had a wonderful time at this location and time of season. While the access to the building is a bit of a nuisance, everything else about it was excellent. The views, bedrooms, and living area were all excellent. It would be good to upgrade the balcony table/ chairs. Also, the left screen patio door did not open easily.

So although the location and views are great, the place left a bit to be desired. Cleanliness was lacking. We found dirty dishes in the dishwasher, half dried towels in the dryer, water/mold stains on some ceiling tiles, the bottom of our socks were black from walking on the floors, no window covering at all in one bedroom and master bedroom verticals were broken and slats missing so difficult to sleep past sunrise, when sitting down you could see used empty water bottles under furniture, ceiling fan in a bedroom didn’t work, and rusted patio furniture. Would not go back to this unit. Very disappointing.

Breathtaking Ocean views!

Wow!! This spacious and very comfortable penthouse was the perfect space for hanging out with my family, including my 83 year old mom, who was able to see the ocean up close without having to leave the apartment! The host was very responsive and super easy to communicate with- excellent experience!

SAD, DISSAPPOINTED, CAUTION, WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND

READ! PARKING:NIGHTMARE! VRBO site says you can purchase an additional tag for $15 a night for a second car...this is NOT ACCURATE. 1 tag...then good luck finding parking "3 blocks away for free" and then I did find a spot closer and did not see the signs for the app and still got a ticket!! the sign was there but far away that I could not see it from the spot..LOOK VERY CAREFULLY IF YOU PARK CLOSE.And the owner was NOT very sympathetic....I ask if I could call him and discuss parking and basically he said we communicate through the site. Dont ask the guy there, THEY ARE USELESS. Finally, we forgot to leave the parking tag. HONEST MISTAKE. We could not return since we are far away. No sooner did I mention this, John sent me an invoice for $75!!!! I was hoping to chat with him and say we would send it overnight but NOPE no break, no consideration with some of the other issues we had. He does not care. Just wants his money. CLEANLISNESS: Clean overall but the floors left us with black feet...I was told the "floors were scrubbed" before we moved in. NOT ACCURATE. DRYER was BROKEN and was basically told to use the dryer on the floor down and I will "reimburse you for your quarters" Again, didnt seem to care...with an elderly mother doing laundry this did not work, I PAID to have a working washer and dryer. LOCATION: ok...but a long walk to main boardwalk. If you have older people, I would not stay here. BEACH: Small and crowded unless you walk a little bit.
