This unit is on the ground floor with nice outdoor furniture. The pool and beach are highlights. Very friendly staff and a well cared for property. The internet is somewhat spotty and the drinking glasses and pillows could stand to be upgraded. Large functional unit and layout.

Perfect Getaway

First time not staying at a resort and it was perfect! The condo is so spacious and the pool is just steps away! Felt very safe and enjoyed cooking in the outfitted kitchen. Definitely want to come back!

amazing beach paradise

Everything was perfect ! We appreciated the concierge services for grocery shopping and airport transportation. regular housekeeping was a nice touch too. we appreciated the accomodation of our special requests for our stay.The unit is spacious and quiet and great for a nights rest. the kitchen was well equipped, and having a washing machine was nice.the deck is where we spent most of our time, and there were plenty of games and meals enjoyed there. it was nice to flow to the pool and beach easily from the ground floor unit.

Excellent stay in Punta de Mita

The property is beautiful. It was so relaxing to have the infinity pool and hot tub right in front of the veranda 😁. The town was walking distance with wonderful restaurants. The concierge Juan Carlos was very helpful. Isabela our house cleaner was delightful, accommodating and hard working. The only complaint was the internet signal was very poor so hopefully they can fix that. I would definitely come back!

Incredibly Peaceful

Our stay was the best! The staff at the property was extremely attentive (Clieber and Isabelle particularly stood out) and gave great insight to excellent local food. Our family loved walking out the patio, into the pool, and down a couple steps to reach the ocean. We would absolutely recommend this property- 1st class stay!

This condo was very well appointed with everything you might need for your stay including laundry/dishwashing detergent, shampoo/conditioner and hand soap. We loved cooking breakfast in the mornings and eating outside by the pool. We went into town for lunch and dinner where there were many excellent choices. We didn’t find any need to rent a car or a golf cart since everything is close by. The staff and concierge were extremely helpful.
