About this property

This chic harbor front cottage right next to the Edgartown harbor has been lovingly restored with bead board walls, luxury king size bed, wall-mounted flat screen TV, AC. It is a lovely garden cottage with a front porch facing the beach for watching all the activity of the harbor, yachting, sailing, swimming and boating.

Directly across from Chappaquidick and a few hundred yards from the "on-time ferry", this walk to village cottage is a rare find. The main bedroom has a non-working fireplace, small dining table and access to a small kitchen with electric stove and refrigerator.

The bedroom and hallway have two twin beds and a large closet plus bathroom with claw tub. The outdoor private shower is a step off the back porch, adjacent to the family house. This cottage is for a discerning couple. No pets.
