You'll have all kinds of awesome runs for every ski level, including Snowflake and Peerless for beginners and Cashier and Bonanza for the more advanced. Best of all, you'll be just steps away from the Snowflake Lift, making this condo a wintertime dream come true.

A short drive from town, Dillon Reservoir offers ice skating and ice fishing, so be sure to plan a day trip with the family. In summer, you'll find plenty of hot-weather activities in the area, including hikes at Breckenridge Fairy Forest and Cucumber Gulch Wildlife Preserve.

Please note that this condo does not have air conditioning.
The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and the Spa at Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky.
Amenities include an on-site ski lift ticket office, Charter Sports Ski and Snowboard Rentals.
Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limits of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season.

Late spring ski trip.

Great condo for my daughter and I for a late April ski trip. Condo it nearly connected to the Snowflake lift and a 10min walk to town. Our stay was right after Breck closed the lift for the season but the onsite shuttle was amazing and very quick to take us or pick-up anywhere we needed. The condo was spacious and clean. The pool and hot tubs were also a great amenity. Would definitely stay here again.

As advertised. Unit is very well appointed and clean. Covered parking space is provided and a great perk. Little things like the humidifiers was a very needed and thoughtful ad in. Very pleased with our stay.

It was well stocked, clean, close to everything in Breck! The shuttle service was one of my favorite parts! We parked our truck (in the parking garage) and never needed it until we departed! The shuttle drivers were very knowledgeable of the area and gave great recommendations for anything you might need or want!

Fantastic Stay

The condo was pristine and comfortable. We spent 3 nights at BlueSky and wish we had been able to stay longer! The resort that this condo is within is gorgeous. We were traveling with our teenage boys and they loved the pool and hot tubs. We had a great view from the balcony. The complimentary shuttle was so nice after a day of hiking. It was also a short walk to downtown. We would stay here again!

The location was great and the free shuttle offered by Blue Sky was convenient and quick. No A/C so it got pretty warm inside when the temps were in the 80s but cooled down at night with the windows opened.

We always enjoy our time at the Blue Sky. We come there every year and have stayed in this unit before. We love it there, especially the beautiful view from the balcony. The condo was exceptionally clean and well equipped. We appreciate the quick response from staff when there is something needed (i.e. - a broken humidifier was quickly replaced.) We will be back.

Thanksgiving stay

This property is excellent and as advertised. We were there over Thanksgiving 2023. There hadn’t been much snow, and so very limited trails were open. We could ski out - Snowflake lift is literally right out the door of the building - but could not ski in. It was not a problem as getting home was just a call for the shuttle and they were there in 5-6 minutes to pick us up. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful Condo

The property is very well appointed with modern yet rustic finishes. Our unit was extremely clean and had all that we could need for our stay. You are a short walk to downtown Breck. The pool and hot tubs were fantastic. The game room is nice but you need to reserve a time to use and due to the "coin shortage" the coin machine didnt work and no machines took dollars so plan accordingly there. Underground parking is nice but spots are tight, which is typical but use caution if you have a large vehicle. Love to stay here in the winter so we plan to return!

This was a very nice place to stay with just a few things that could’ve been better. It is very noisy, so prepare to not sleep with the windows open if you are there in the warmer months. The first night we were there we did not sleep at all- beyond the very loud traffic, including a lot of bus activity, there were people outside at 3:00 a.m. having their own party. The parking garage is very tight if you have a bigger vehicle, as we had our pickup and barely fit. We actually chose to park outside up top after the first night. It’s not a long walk to get to downtown and that was really nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but the lack of sleep was a bit frustrating and the key card system could use some updating.

Nice; be prepared for the road noise though.

The condo and the property were perfect for us. Very nice and high quality. The beds were comfortable. The staff are excellent too. The only complaint we had was the road noise that begins at 6:30 am and lasts until about 11:00 pm. A steady stream of shuttle buses, trash trucks, heavy pickups and later in the evening, want to be street racers. This was a much bigger deal to us while we were trying to sleep than during the day. We stayed in the summer. Thus, our choice was open the windows to cool our bedroom and put up with the noise or close them and be uncomfortably warm. We will definitely come back but not sure if we will stay in 513 again. The noise would likely not be an issue in the winter.
