Très déçue

Réservation annulée 2h30 avant le check in parce que j ai appelé la conciergerie car je n avais pas d information Reservation faite le mercredi 13 janvier !!! comment voulez vous que je note !!!!!!! Il a fallu trouver une chambre d hotel en urgence De ce fait nous avons eu des frais supplémentaires (restaurant le soir et petit dejeuner le matin) alors sue nous devions avoir un appartement
