Bastide in Roussillon

This 19th-century hamlet house, located 3 km from the heart of Roussillon, with over 300 m² of living space and a beautiful garden with a pool, won us over at first sight.

The ground floor consists of:
- a beautiful, air-conditioned, fully equipped 20-square-meter kitchen with a dining area, a full-size refrigerator with a cold water and ice dispenser (a second refrigerator is added in the summer), a dishwasher, an oven, a three-burner hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, bread maker that bakes excellent brioches, KitchenAid mixer with various accessories, steamer... etc...
- the 50 m² air-conditioned living/dining room with a seating area consisting of two sofas, two armchairs, an Orange TV, and a Livebox with fiber-optic internet (an internet repeater located in the entryway provides Wi-Fi in almost every room), the TV is a smart TV, so you can log in to your Netflix, Prime Video, and other accounts… The dining area features an antique table with an extension leaf that comfortably seats ten people.
- a laundry room with a washing machine and a 9-kg dryer
- a bathroom with a shower and toilet
- access to the office/library/game room, which is air-conditioned and features a Bonzini foosball table that will delight enthusiasts.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a beautiful landing leading to three large bedrooms, each over 20 m²:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed, garden view, air conditioning.
- Bedroom 2: double bed and child’s bed with safety rail, hamlet view, air conditioning, toys for children under 3 years old.
- Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed, view of the hamlet, air conditioning, toys for children ages 3 to 10.
- A bathroom area featuring a bathroom with a double sink, toilet, and bathtub, and a shower room with a shower and toilet.

On the top floor, you’ll find the last four bedrooms (three larger than 20m² and one smaller) and, coming soon, a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet for added convenience:
- Bedroom 4: Queen-size bed, garden view, air conditioning, games for children ages 3 to 10
- Bedroom 5: 3 single beds (sheets available upon request for the third bed), hamlet view, fan.
- Bedroom 6: Queen-size bed, cot, and air conditioning; view of the hamlet.
- Bedroom 7: Queen-size bed, garden view, fan.

FOLLOWING A COMMENT LEFT BY A RENTER LAST SUMMER, OUR NEIGHBORS CUT DOWN THE PLANT (located at the corner of their house) THAT WAS BLOCKING THE VIEW OF THE ROAD from the hamlet street. It is now easier to see cars approaching.

A shaded garden of over 2,000 m², featuring an 11x5m pool, a pool house with a refrigerator and barbecue, a children’s play area, and a furnished terrace with a dining area and a 100 m² relaxation area, will allow you to enjoy the outdoors.

The price includes linens, sheets, tea towels, etc.; however, pool towels are not provided.

It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED:
to use the fireplaces (which have not been swept) and to smoke indoors.
Please be very careful when using the barbecue; make sure there are no glowing embers left before leaving the house or after use. A prefectural order prohibits the use of the barbecue on windy days.

Since our house is located in a hamlet, we have neighbors. It’s important to us that you respect them—they’re working and aren’t on holiday. Our house is therefore not a place for parties. ;-)

Please do not sit on the indoor or outdoor couches while wearing wet swimming costumes (as the chlorine may cause stains).

Before you leave, and out of respect for us and the rest of the team who help us with cleaning, we ask that you:
- take out your trash.
- if possible, empty the dishwasher or at least run a cycle so that we only have to unload it.
- Empty the three refrigerators.
- Clean the grill.
- Put games, toys, books, and other items back where you found them.

Your holiday rental is our home; we provide it to you clean, and we do not ask you to clean it, but we do expect the house to be in decent condition when you leave. A cleaning fee may
