Affordable, close to beach and charming

We loved staying at this cozy apartment close to the beach. Many of Normandy's beautiful and historical attractions can be reached from here. The bed could use a new mattress though - clean but not the most comfortable.

Good for us

The property was exactly what we wanted for a week. Not good ob the fourth floor when the lift went down, but that was only twice. With a small shopping area nearby (try the sit in Pizza place) which was ok for first our first night's needs. Parking was no problem either. There was good communication with the owner and was very detailed.

Accueil très chaleureux pour nous accueillir dans notre location ( nous aimons être accueillis et pouvoir joindre la personne.La propriétaire était bienveillante.Nous nous sentons très bien aussitôt.Bien agencé, propre avec de l’espace.Vue sur la mer et vraiment pas loin de la plage. Très bon séjour

Le logement est très bien placé, on peut voir la mer du balcon comme sur la photo. Le logement est propre et fonctionnel dans une résidence calme. À proximité du marais, zone de promenade à faire à pied, en vélo ou même en rosalie, du Paleospace (musée paléontologique) à visiter et un petit train pour apprendre un peu plus de l'histoire de Villers-sur-mer tout en faisant le tour de la ville. Nous avons très bien été accueilli par Mme Penglau lors de notre arrivée. Nous sommes très content de notre séjour à Villers-sur-mer.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine, bien situé entre Cabourg et Honfleur. Quant à l'appartement, ras, sauf comme déjà stipulé la salle de bain un peu mal conçue.

Appartement très bien situé, dans une résidence sécurisée, un gros coup de rafraîchissement pour plus de modernité et de confort, la proximité du bord de mer nous a fait oublier tout cela,parkings dans une autre résidence un peu plus loin mais pas dérangeant.

Wohnung ist okay für ein paar Tage, Badewanne ist unter einer Schräge, d.h. man muss sich rein setzen zum duschen....ungünstig....bei grosser Hitze ist die Wohnung unangenehm , unterm Dach und ohne Klimaanlage

Villers, la mer et l'air...

Merci pour ce logement bien équipé, la literie est bonne. Séverine est très accueillante et la propriétaire disponible aussi. Pour 2 personnes c'est l'idéal. Le balcon face à la mer est un plus (++) appréciable.

Appartement bien situé et agréable. Quelques oublis pour le ménage. Durant notre séjour, nous n'avons pas eu de chance, des propriétaires indélicats ont réalisé des travaux bruyants, malgré l'interdiction. Petit bémol également pour la salle de bain où il est très difficile de prendre une douche

Super Séjour en Normandie

Excellent petit séjour ma fille et moi, l appartement très fonctionnel et manger sur le balcon en face du couché de soleil sur la mer est une expérience très appréciable. Séverine la gérante de l'appartement est très sympa, très bon contact, le lieu de l appart est un peu loin du centre ville mais se situe par contre à 50 m de la plage et du poste de sauveteur en mer, un plus. Bon c'est le temps de Normandie, mais même avec le vent et la pluie on s'est baigné ma fille et moi, on en a profité à fond !!!! un petit centre commercial à 5 minutes et un bon restau sur la plage, il est vrai qu il manque un peu de distraction le soir, ou alors faut prendre la voiture !!! Nous sommes très content de cette semaine, tout s'est déroulé sans problème, ma fille est ravie, c'est l'important !!!! C'est une adresse que je mets de côté dans ma tête, un bon plan pour passer de bonnes vacances !!!!!

Appartement très agréable avec vue sur mer, ensoleillé. Bien équipé et agencé. Nous avons été bien accueilli par Mme le penglau. Un bémol à la baignoire où il ne faut pas être trop grand.
