4BJRD7- SAINT PIERRE LA MER- Furnished T2 Mezzanine apartment equipped for 4 people.
Résidence Bartavelle au Jardin with private parking, access to shops and the beach on foot.
Located on the 1st floor consisting of a corridor leading to a separate bedroom with a double bed.
A fitted kitchen area, living room with sofa giving access to the balcony.
Bathroom with shower and sink.
Mezzanine with 2 single beds 90 cm.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon collection of the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/single bed kit: 9.00 euros/towel kit : with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
WIFI BOX rental: €39/week
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (Not in cash or checks).
Not suitable for PRMs.
The tourist tax is extra.
The keys can be collected from the Citygest agency between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. during the summer season.
