Enjoy your stay in this recently renovated and beautifully furnished 3rd-floor 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom condo conveniently located 3.5 miles from downtown Rehoboth Beach and 4.5 miles from Lewes . The proximity to the beaches, stores, outlets, and restaurants makes this condo a great spot for families, couples, and groups of friends.
Our condo amenities include community pool*, free parking and WiFi, washer, and dryer.
We supply all the sheets and towels for your stay.
The Space:
The condo is a top-floor unit(3rd floor)**with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a platform queen-sized bed, USB charger port lamps, a full-size mirror, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a bathtub.
The guest room has a metal bunk bed, twin over queen, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with an oven, a four-burner electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, colander, cutting boards, set of sharp knives, glasses, wine glasses, wine opener, fully stocked spice shelf, coffee, and tea are available for your use.
The living/dining area has a six-top dining table and chairs, a sofa, and a smart TV with cable.
Laundry room with stacked washer and dryer, iron and ironing board stocked with liquid detergent, and dryer sheets.
The condo is NOT fragrance-free, we use scented cleaning products and detergents.
Given that it's a top-floor unit, during the high-humidity months, the lowest available AC setting is 70 degrees.

*The pool opens on Memorial Day and closes on Labor Day.
** There is no elevator in the building

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this condo. It was absolutely perfect for a family of four! Clean and convenient are just a few highlights, and the owner had all essentials (and extras) available. We look forward to staying again!

The condo was perfect for me and my friend. It was in a quiet area and there was ample parking. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to make breakfast in the kitchen. We liked the modern decor, too. This place was an excellent choice for our visit to Lewes, DE.

Great rental in a great location at a great value

The rental property was well-situated right off of Highway 1 for easy access to Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. I found it to be cozy, quiet and clean and the hosts were wonderful and very communicative. I hope to return again soon and would highly recommend.

My two teenagers and i thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay. Truly wish it was longer. The place was exactly as pictured and the hosts thought of everything and then some. We received all important info prior to our arrival as well as area attractions. The place itself had everything we needed and more. The teens appreciated the snacks and I enjoyed the coffee/tea area! We enjoyed the restaurant and store recommendations especially Taco Reho! The pool was a great activity after a morning at the beach! We will definitely return, hopefully for a longer stay!

Beautiful place

We loved our short stay at this property. It was the cleanest and the best stocked place we have ever stayed. Only 10 min drive from the beach, close to the outlets and grocery stores. We will definitely book again!

Wonderful Stay
