Il est juste dommage que vous ne nous ayez pas prévenu que vous aviez cassé une pièce plastique de la machine à laver. Je sais, nous avons fait l'erreur d'avoir oublié de vérifier avant votre départ. Si vous nous aviez prévenu cela aurait été plus honnête, c'est pourquoi nous avons mis que nous ne vous accepterons pas de nouveau
