Located at the edge of downtown, this one bedroom apartment is newly renovated (May 2019) and offers all the comforts of home. Ideal for a couple, two singles or a family of three. The apartment features a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, living area with a double pull out memory foam mattress sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, TV and air conditioning. Lock Box Entry.
Entry is at the rear of the building where a clearly marked designated parking spot is available 24 hours a day.
Our central located accommodation is in walking distance from Main Street shops, art galleries, restaurants, amenities including two large grocery stores. With hiking and biking trails starting right at your front door. Rental companies also within a couple of blocks of walking - should you wish to rent a bike, paddleboard or rocking climbing gear.
A great way to finish off your day is to experience one of the many gourmet restaurants that the town has to offer - and there are many for you to choose from! No taxis needed - many of them are within walking distance from the apartment.

This apartment is within walking distance to downtown, restaurants and bars. Should you require groceries for your stay two major grocery stores are within a ten-minute walk or three-minute drive. Very closely situated is also a French bakery, a locally owned coffee bar, a small convenience store, a liquor store, take out restaurants and a full-service restaurant and bar. Directly behind the building is the town`s recreation facility - Elevation Place, offering indoor climbing, swimming pools, hot tubs, extensive gym, library and art gallery.
Canmore offers public transportation, with all areas of Canmore being serviced. As well as a Canmore-Banff-Canmore bus service. Please see Timetable Schedules pamphlets left for you at the apartment. Should you wish to rent a bike - there many rental companies in town that can assist you with this.
The condo is located on the second floor at the rear of a light commercial building that backs onto a railway line. There is light to moderate noise starting at 8:00am Mon through Fri. A designated parking stall is clearly marked at the rear of the building.

It was perfect for us. A cozy, updated unit with a great location to town and highway allowing access to everything. Even the train that rolled by occasionally not an issue. Would stay again!
Walking distance to everything you need. Very clean and we always felt safe. Very quiet, too. We were worried about noise from the train but it wasn't an issue for us at all. We would stay there again.

This property is a great stay for the price. They have a kitchen, normal sized fridge, washer and dryer, and the bathroom was very well lit and clean. There are also trails near by and lots of routes for running and biking.
It's pretty close by to some great breakfast options and shops.
The train does come by every now and then but if this does not bother you then this is a great place to stay!
Would love to come back here one day.
The owners were very accommodating when I had made an error when booking and wanted an extra night. They did all the communication with VRBO and had my problem resolved easily. Very much appreciated their timely assistance.
The hosts at this property are the best! We thoroughly enjoyed this property, which is centrally located. Once at the property, we did not move our vehicle once, since we were able to walk or use public transportation for getting everywhere. The property was clean and very quiet, and just what we were looking for as we attended the Canmore IBU Biathlon World Cup competition. Thumbs up all around!

The apartment was comfortable, clean and well appointed. We were asked to wash dishes at the end of our stay, take the trash out and start a laundry load. There was not a dishwasher. A photo would be helpful to see that the apartment was located above businesses. I would recommend a walk along the river to the Engine Bridge. Canmore is a beautiful setting.

Trains and Stairs
We wish we had known about the steep, shallow, ling stairway. It was difficult for us older folks to ggo up and down several times with suitcases, totes, etc. The never ending trains going by, day and night made sleeping near impossible. The hide-a-bed does not un-fold flat. The foot end is higher than the head end. Would not recommend for folks over 50.
This location in Canmore was perfectly located in regards to exploring Banff and the nearby national parks. The condo was ideal after a long day of hiking with a hot shower and comfortable bed. The host provided clear cut instructions and even checked in to make sure our stay was going well. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back one day.
It was all good except would be helpful in the directions to state that the rental is behind the Benjamin Moore store. This will help people find it easier
Clean, great location, and quiet area. When we had questions or concerns they were quickly dealt with and communication was very clear and swift. Great time!

The suite was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Demelza, the manager was easy to reach when we needed our questions answered. He even courier my laptop to me which I had forgotten in the suite. I will definately recommend this place. Thanks Demelza.😊
