LED TV in living room and master bedroom. Television ready for streaming your own suscription. Quality bakery, supermarket and several cozy breakfast options within walking distance. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All linen and towels provided. Linen service, cleaning service against payment. Concierge present. Beach seats in apartment available. Closed private parking free in building. Medical outpatient clinic 100 m further. Old center of Javea at a few km. The perfect spot

This apartment was perfectly placed for the beach and all the restaurants and bars of the Arenal area. Throughout the interaction with the owners couldn’t have been better with explanations of all the facilities and helpful hints. The apartment itself was tastefully decorated and modern with the most efficient aircon we’ve ever experienced (perfectly quiet yet effective). All in all I’d certainly recommend and would stay again.

Great apartment in an ideal location

The apartment was in an excellent location close to the beach, bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was in very good order, well equipped and immaculately clean on our arrival. Although we normally hire a car when we visit Javea, on this occasion we did not as the location of the apartment made everything accessible on foot. Would definitely recommend.

Es war eher ein kalter April 2022

Keine Sonne auf dem Balkon, war etwas kühl in der Wohnung und konnten auch nicht wärmer machen und im Badezimmer kalt. Fernseher funktioniert nur mit Smartphon, da wir keins Besitzen, konnten wir nur spanisch sehen. Überwachungskamera ausser im Bad und Schlafzimmer, fühlten und beobachtet. Keine frische Bettwäsche vorhanden für 3Wochen Urlaub. Für uns Preis nicht wert. Sind früher ins Hotel umgezogen als geplant. R. M.

-Sie hatten leider Pech mit dem schlechten Wetter. Dafür können wir nichts. -Als zusätzlichen Service für unsere Gäste bieten wir TV-Streaming an, damit Sie Ihre Fernsehsender in Ihrer eigenen Sprache sehen können (+ Ihr eigenes TV-Abonnement). Sie befinden sich in der äußerst seltenen Situation, kein Smartphone zu haben (keine E-Mail, kein Whatsapp oder andere Kommunikationsmittel)…. Sie können also nur die festen Kanäle sehen. -Die Wohnung ist mit einer Heizung ausgestattet, die bis zu 28 Grad heizen kann. Dies wurde kurz vor Ihrer Ankunft überprüft. Der Betrieb wurde Ihnen beim Check-in gezeigt. Wir hatten gehofft, dass Ihnen 28 Grad warm genug sind. -Es gibt keine Überwachungskamera in der Wohnung oder auf der Terrasse! Wahrscheinlich haben Sie die Ultraschalldetektoren der Alarm damit verwechselt…… -Die Wohnung ist mit einer gut funktionierenden Waschmaschine und einem Trockner ausgestattet, sodass Sie die Ihnen zur Verfügung stehende Wäsche auffrischen können. Wir bieten auch die Möglichkeit, die gesamte Bettwäsche während Ihres Aufenthalts kostengünstig extra waschen zu lassen. - Weil Sie uns gesagt haben, dass Sie nach 3 Wochen Aufenthalt bei uns 1 zusätzliche Woche in einem Hotel bleiben würden (diese eine Woche zusammen mit Ihrer Tochter) haben wir Inhen angeboten um 14:00 Uhr auschecken zu dürfen (statt um 10:00 Uhr) damit Ihr Zimmer im Hotel für Sie bereit wäre. Das haben Sie also getan. Wir haben viele wiederkehrende Gäste, die unser Apartment und seine außergewöhnlich gute Lage sehr schätzen, was durch eine Bewertung von 9,4/10 auf anderen Buchungsplattformen belegt wird.

JA. Aanrader 🎉🎉Fantastisch appartement en goed complex Nee Appartement met lift gehuurd maar lift sinds maart defect en nog steeds in reparatie. Het ontbreken van de lift niet vooraf gecommuniceerd met huurder.(slecht ter been)

Sehr schön ausgestattete Wohnung in Strandnähe

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit zwei Schlaf-und Badezimmern. Großer Balkon mit Blick auf den großen Pool und die schöne Gartenanlage. Das WiFi war leider sehr träge. Die Apartmentanlage liegt direkt gegenüber des schönen Arenal-Sandstrandes und ist fussläufig zur Promenade mit Restaurants und Geschäften.

Met een constante 5 sterren evaluatie van vele zeer tevreden gasten op verschillende websites en het certifcaat van uitmuntendheid van een wereldwijd heel bekende reiswebsite sinds onze start, bent u blijkbaar de enige die hier zo over denkt. Jammer, maar sommige mensen zijn nooit tevreden te stellen ondanks al onze inspanningen.

zeer mooi appartement voor 4 personen met een perfecte ligging aan het el arenalstrand. Enig nadeel was de trage wifi....

Beste, Dank voor uw zeer positieve evaluatie. Net zoals u hebben reeds vele gasten een schitterend verblijf in ons appartement gehad, dat inderdaad zeer goed gelegen is. Voordien hadden wij echter nog nooit problemen met de WIFI Wij nemen het comfort van onze gasten zeer ernstig, en zullen omwille van uw ervaring met de WIFI daar direct aan verbeteren. Vanaf ten laatste januari 2018 (= binnen 1.5 maand) zullen wij een extra internetverbinding met persoonlijke snelle WIFI opzetten met glasvezel. Dan zal de snelheid via de glasvezel 300 MB/sec bedragen. Wij zouden u graag na jan 2018 terug verwelkomen om de nieuwe hoge WIFI snelheden te kunnen komen genieten. Met vriendelijke groeten Marc
