AWESOME PLACE TO STAY

Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Plenty of room and very clean. Short walk to the beach and was close to Publix and beach stores. Everything we needed for our beach visits were in the closet. Washer and dryer was clutch. Will stay here again in the future. 5 stars.

Reviewer Comments: It was a wonderful staying great weather, goo accommodations, lovely setting, and friendly people.Only complaint is carpet in small bedroom smells moldy. Really needs replacing and I would strongly urge the owners to consider replacing. I had a rash after we stayed in that bedroom.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Sunrise a number of times over the years and this is the second year in a row staying in apt 512. The location is fantastic being just across from the beach with the bonus of Boca Ciega at the back. Good pool and dock area, grounds well kept. The condo itself is good, not the biggest but adequate for a weeks stay. Beds are comfortable, well stocked for crockery, glasses, pots/pans for cooking should you wish. Plenty of seating inside and on balcony for the wonderful views. Having a washer / dryer in the condo is always a bonus. A few detracting aspects;This is a condo and only having 1 towel (not even a decent sized bath towel) and 1 hand towel per person is nonsense. The condo is privately owned and any other vacation rental we stay at is well stocked with bath towels, hand towels, etc. Beach/Pool towels - 1 per person and towels are very worn. Not ideal when travelling from overseas, you don’t want to be filling your case with towels to use. Again, there used to be plenty of beach towels. Notice of $25 dollars charge for “missing towels” is insulting to guests. Condiments, teabags, coffee - other vacation rentals we have stayed at including this year, have basic supplies of these items in the cupboards having been left by previous occupants. Why must all items be binned (or taken by the housekeeping staff)? Again, travelling from overseas having to buy even salt & pepper isn’t the best. The ‘welcome basket’ - 2 servings of coffee, 4 teabags and 4 bags of microwave popcorn!!Toilet roll, soap, tea towel - suggest a review. 1 toilet roll per person, 1 tea towel and a silly hotel style bar of soap. Why not provide liquid hand soap that can be used for more than one stay, a pack of toilet rolls for each bathroom and at least a few tea towels for a weeks stay?$150 cleaning fee then envelope for cleaner tip!Just small things that

The room was great had enough space and all the amenities you could want. Also, the hosts were very accountable and easy to get a hold of. Had no problems there at all. Enjoyed my stay. We definitely will come back next year. It’s definitely perfect location to everything , highways , restaurants , etc couldn’t ask for more .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is truly a gem! Condo was clean and up to date. Building sits on the inner costal right across from the beach. The pool area has the feel of being tucked in your backyard (quiet) while a very short walk across the street and you are on the expansive beach. There is a cross walk right at the corner of the property so no safety concerns crossing Gulf Ave. Plenty of private parking as well. There is a very nice neighborhood right behind the property where you can take a quiet walk or get your run in without any vehicle traffic. We’ve already booked for next year!

The only issue we had was that they were working on the pool deck area for 3 days while we were there and so the pool was closed til noon on 3 of those days. February is generally a busier time at this location. I wish the construction could be done at a slower time of the year.

St. Pete Condo

This property was very clean and stocked with all the necessities needed for our long weekend. There was a great view of the ocean in front and the bay on the back side. It was so nice to sit out behind the pool along the water - beautiful view. Would definitely stay here again.
