Gite "Le Coteau de la Vouraie" à 200m du Lac de la Vouraie

The cottage "Le Coteau de la Vouraie" is an old farm house of 150m², renovated with exposed stones and beams.
Ideally located in the heart of the Vendée, it welcomes you in a green setting, with a view of the fields only 200m from the Lac de la Vouraie.
Close to the main roads (a few minutes from the A83 and the 2x2 leading to La Roche sur Yon and Les Sables d'Olonnes) and halfway between the Vendée beaches and the Puy du Fou (40 min), its ideal location will allow you to access many activities quickly.

On the ground floor:
- Living room of 40 m² with equipped kitchen (induction hob + gas, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, senseo), table and chairs, living room with TV equipped with a Chromecast (allows you to connect the TV to your phone/tablet, and thus be able to watch YouTube, your Netflix account...), fireplace, bay window overlooking the terrace and the surrounding countryside
- A bedroom with 140 cm bed, armchair, cupboard
- Bathroom with shower, vanity unit, towel dryer and cupboard.
- Separate toilet
- Scullery with sink, washing machine, freezer, laundry equipment (dryer, basket, clothes pegs), ironing board and iron.

Upstairs:
- A bedroom with a 140 bed, large closet
- A bedroom with 2 beds 90, cupboard
- Shower room with sink
- Mezzanine of 35 m² overlooking the living room: sofa bed with bed for 2 people, table football, board games, chaise longue, desk.

Beautiful walks are available nearby: you can go down to the Lac de la Vouraie located 200m from the cottage, the Amanéa trail will offer you a beautiful walk of 2.5km, and the more sporty can go around the lake (14km).

You will also find all the local shops in the town of Bournezeau located 5 minutes away: Carrefour Express, bakeries, pharmacy, tobacconist, takeaway pizzas...

Super séjour dans le gite d’Eric qui est a 40 minutes de tout : le puy du fou, les marais poitevin, les sables d’Olonne. La maison est bien équipée, et notamment la cuisine. La grande mezzanine est très agréable, les œufs de poule frais un vrai régal. Eric, qui habite juste a côté est très réactif et n’hésite pas a dépanner ses hôtes quand il leur manque de l’huile et du vinaigre à 20h C’est un vrai paradis pour ceux qui cherchent la tranquillité. Dommage qu’il n’y ait qu’une douche et qu’un wc (conforme a l’annonce), ce qui peut occasionner des embouteillages

Organisation entre amis pour le puy du fou . Le logement est parfait. La literie excellente. Toutes les commodités. L'hôte très gentil. Voyage à refaire.

Excellente Semaine

Hébergement conforme à l’annonce, très joliment rénové et propre. Nous avons apprécié le calme des lieux, la terrasse avec barbecue à gaz qui donne sur un beau jardin. Les enfants étaient heureux d’aller chercher tous les matins les œufs des 2 poules. La balade autour du lac accessible à pied depuis l’hébergement vaut le coup également Enfin , un grand merci à Éric pour son accueil, à la fois chaleureux et discret. Je recommande !

Un hébergement exceptionnel

Cette très belle maison a tout pour plaire : de l'espace, un bel aménagement intérieur, un magnifique jardin très bien entretenu et même des poules qui nous donnent de bons œufs frais chaque jour !! Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse à Bournezeau. Eric est un hôte prévenant, disponible, extrêmement gentil tout en étant discret. C'est de loin le meilleur propriétaire que nous ayons eu de toutes nos locations de vacances.! Nous ne pouvons que recommander chaudement cette location idéale dans le calme du bocage Vendéen. Nous avons tout simplement adoré !

Idéal pour se ressourcer en pleine nature

La maison dispose de tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un très bon séjour en famille. Les enfants ont pu profiter du jardin et ont apprécié nourrir les poules. L'emplacement est idéal pour profiter de la région (sentier de randonnée à 2 mn à pied, Puy du Fou à 40 mn, potager extraordinaire et parcs animaliers à moins de 30 mn).

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette jolie Maison idéalement situé au calme , toute équipée avec une vue dégagée sur les vaches . Un vrai petit coin de paradis pour les amoureux de la nature . Nous recommandons cette location pour la famille qui on besoin de repos .

A perfect and peaceful holiday

The house was perfect for us; myself my partner and my disabled daughter. It’s clean, spacious and nicely decorated, we felt instantly at home. The family who own it are on hand if you need them and they’ve thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. The location is great, you have total peace and quiet and yet are just a short drive from lots of amazing tourist spots. We particularly liked puy du fou and the village of vouvant … also the beaches we visited. Just too many great places to mention. The local village has everything you need and everyone was so friendly. Our only regret was that we couldn’t speak french, we will work on that, because we would love to return. I cant forget the highlight of our stay, the chickens and the farm cat, that is a wonderful surprise for you to discover.

Très bon séjour en campagne vendéenne

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Bournezeau pour son calme et les magnifiques paysages. Des sentiers de randonnées à deux pas. Les hôtes sont très accueillants tout en restant discrets. Nous recommandons vivement.

Lovely gite in the Vendee countryside

Séjour parfait

Ce gîte est vraiment top, l’endroit est reposant en pleine campagne et près du Lac où la promenade est super sympa. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, disponibles et attentionnés. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille avec nos enfants et petits enfants. Nous recommandons cette location sans aucun doute.
