Pelican Isle 606 is a tastefully decorated condo boasting incredible Gulf-front views of crystal-clear waters and white sandy beaches. Whether you are taking a family beach vacation, a spontaneous trip with friends, or any occasion, Pelican Isle 606 has got you covered. You will feel right at home from the moment you enter this welcoming home. To the left of the entrance is the guest bedroom with a queen-size bed and a large TV and DVD player for added entertainment. The guest bedroom opens into the guest bathroom, which includes a single vanity and tub/shower combination. Nestled further down the hall are the twin-size bunks, perfect for children to have their own space to unwind. At the end of the hall, you will find the well-equipped kitchen on your left, including all utensils, appliances, and cookware needed to create your favorite meals while on vacation. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, providing plenty of space for the whole family. Enjoy a nice dinner and good conversation at the large dining table. Step into the inviting living room, boasting matching furnishings and decor, along with a large TV. Cozy up with your loved ones for a movie night after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach or exploring all Pelican Isle has to offer.

House Rules
Beach service of two chairs and one umbrella is included from March to October.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Stay in a Quiet Area

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend visit. The condo was in great condition with amenities available when we arrived. The ocean view is great and there is not a far walk to the beach. There is a quick drive to restaurants and stores. We will come back with our 4 children soon.

It’s always a pleasant stay at Pelican isle

The room and amenities were awesome for our needs. Great view of the beach and very accessible to the beach. This is probably the fifth time we have stay at Pelican Isle and we’ve been in many different condos. All were very nice to accommodate our needs. We love having the beach service. I will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in other units here for years and was very disapointed with the layout of this unit. Beds where not what we are use too the sofa was all broken down. The Master bedroom and bath was bigger then the rest of the unit. What a waste of space!The matress was two small for the front bed and my wife cut herself badly on the platform. The mattresses on the twin bed where to big and sat on top of the frame which made them unusable. Usless the owner makes changes we would not recommend this unit!

Great condo!

We were very happy in this clean and convenient condo. Great view of the beach, washer/dryer, and comfortable beds/bedding. Loved the double sinks in the master bath as well as the big shower. Plenty of hooks all over the dwelling which was greatly appreciated and often overlooked. Would stay here again!

Beautiful condo! Absolutely loved every second of it. Very responsive to any messages I sent. There was supposed to be a welcome packet, but there was not one anywhere. However, this did not take anything away from our visit. I would happily stay here again.

Made for a Happy Mother's Day

This unit checked all the boxes for this Mother's Day stay! I am a bit of a condo snob, so trust me when I say, Stay Here! It's a awesome location, it's clean and has everything you need for the perfect stay! I only have one complaint from my son and that was the mattress could be a little thicker on the bunk beds. The decor in this condo is one of the BEST I have stayed in.

It’s a nice condo but to small for 6 adults. It’s ok for just a weekend get away but if you are planning to stay longer this may not be for you. There were no extra blankets or none that I could find. Coolers were nice though. Although I didn’t spend much time inside some of my family did and it just wasn’t big enough. The pull out sofa needs new mattress. If you have back issues don’t sleep on it. Beach was very nice though. Spent lots of time there!!!

Perfect Isle 606!

This condo was absolutely immaculate! The master bathroom and walk-in shower were a nice surprise! Spectacular view and access to the beach. Pool was heated as well as having a nearby hot tub. The cooler in the unit came in handy for taking food and drinks to the beach. Highly recommend this unit and it will be a top choice of ours for future visits to Fort Walton Beach!

Perfect Stay!

606 was perfect for our family! There are a lot of extras, like a large beach cooler, and also a small one to take on quick beach visits. Super-trendy decor. Comfortable beds. Cold AC. Great location from elevator. We never heard our neighbors at all. Fast elevators. We enjoyed the pool after beach trips. The hot water heater makes a few sounds, but no biggie. We would stay here again, no question!! Eat at Stewby’s! The beach service is nice, too. Our only complaint is the seaweed in the water. We only had one clear day. I think that is typical for this time of year. Vacasa was wonderful to communicate and check on us. The unit was sparkling clean. It couldn’t have been better.

Very very clean, but dishwasher was out of order, which made it extremely inconvenient.

Had a really great cooler to use for the beach, a lot of extra items in hallway closet, (air pump)laundry baskets. Fully stocked kitchen, decor was beautiful. Chandelier sold us in the photos. Neighbors were under construction so very noisy, extremely loud hallway bathroom noise, from ceiling and water heater was loud.
