Unit A616 has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. The condominium's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table with seating for six people. This unit offers a unique twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a, flat screen TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The master bedroom features a king bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, flat screen TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, flat screen TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the unit for your convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
