We just added a brand new hot tub so bring your bathing suit!
3/4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home on a protected cove on beautiful Keuka Lake. This is a new rental property. In a joint venture with good friends we are excited to have this home to rent and use on the west side of Keuka Lake. Recently updated with all of the modern amenities that anyone could want in their own home or in a vacation property, you will not be disappointed in this property! The sunrise comes up directly across the lake and is a spectacle to watch every morning. Conveniently located halfway between Hammondsport (once voted cutest small town in America) and Branchport on West Lake Road the house is in a perfect location to visit all of the many wineries, breweries, and distilleries in the area! A new partnership between Mark Aquino and Scott Jones with the assistance of Marisa Jones. We are friends and business associates and are very excited to have a new property to use and to rent on Keuka Lake! We all live in the Syracuse area and love the Finger Lakes.

This home is right next door to another home that is owned by Scott and Marisa Jones. It is a fantastic flat property with no steps to the lake and room to park 4 cars comfortably.
