It was a great place to stay. The kitchen was great, the living area was cozy and the rooms were just right. When we come back, we are definitely staying here.
Our stay was cozy and comfortable. The house has a good vibe and a nice backyard to enjoy your morning coffee, I would definitely recommend staying here next time you visit NE El Paso.
Nice decor, comfortable but beware of house rules.
The home was nice as described. Wish I could have reviewed the house rules before booking. I understand owner doesn't want parties, but the threat of charging 100 for an extra guest or visitor over the stated amount of people did affect our plans to not have family with us for a short time.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us! I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the home. I’m sorry the house rules weren’t more clear prior to booking, I’ll work on making them more visible in the listing. The guest limit is in place to help ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and to protect the home, but I understand how it may have impacted your plans. I truly appreciate you sharing your experience and hope to have the chance to host you again in the future under more flexible circumstances.
Nice house with groceries/restaurants in close proximity. Within 20-25 minutes of most parts of El Paso. House was clean and functional. Has some difficulty getting access information, but still received the information prior to arrival, so no big deal.
Bugs ynder beds, ants and gnats in the kitchen...everywhere. the smell of mold from under kitchen sink. The floors had not been swept. The patio full of dust all around. Good host but the property needed some tlc when it came to cleanliness
What an excellent experience! Im fussy - no doubt about it - this was a fabulous stay in a well kept property. Super pleased! Fernie was great to deal with - was incredibly responsive to any questions and concerns. We will be back! Thank you!
Nous sommes restés 5 jours à El
Paso dans cette maison. L’hôte a été très flexible et disponible. Nous étions venus nous reposer et voir des amis tout s’est très passé.
We enjoyed our stay here while we were in El Paso visiting family members who live nearby. The location is convenient for getting around the El Paso area and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. The house was well set up for our group of adults; no stairs, which was great for my 80+ year old father. There was enough room for everyone to spread out (plus a TV in every bedroom), along with a big living/dining room and lovely patio for spending time together. The kitchen was well-equipped for a temporary stay with sufficient pans for cooking, and lots of glassware, dishes, and utensils. The entire house was clean and nicely kept. Definitely a pleasant mid-century feel without a sense of being surrounded by hand-me-downs. Check-in and check-out were easy, and Fernie responded quickly to my communications. We would definitely stay again if we return to El Paso.
Spacious house decorated with mid century modern furniture and glass. Super cool. Convenient neighborhood to growing northern side of El Paso, quiet, and safe.
The property is as beautiful as the photographs. It is located in a beautiful, safe, neighborhood and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The interior of the home was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and everything we needed. The backyard was equipped with a grill, tables and a firepit. We enjoyed a very relaxing weekend!
Very clean and in a great location. My family and I had a great stay. Patio area was beautiful.
