About this property

Beautiful 1st floor unit just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean

Zzz's By The Sea is our vacation home we purchased in 2019, we are excited to share our piece of paradise with our guests. We are located on the first floor. There is no need to wait for elevators to reach our unit. Just steps from the front door are the majestic Atlantic Ocean and indoor pool. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets are abundant. We are located near the pointe in Cherry Grove. Far enough away to avoid the crowds but close to all the attractions the Grand Strand has to offer.

There is a comfortable king-size mattress, which will already be made when you walk in the bedroom. There is a well stocked kitchen, with a Kerig, blender, mixer, and some kids' plates. The bathroom was redone in 2021, which includes a removable handheld shower and a handheld hair blow dryer under the sink. Washer and dryer and iron. There is a 65-inch smart tv in the living room and 50-inch smart tv in the bedroom, both with Netflix installed to browse movies and tv shows. We have swicthes labeled for your convenience and extra outlet plugs by the beds. Very convenient parking. Access to condo with no steps. We supply linens, including beach towels and cleaning products.

Our unit is always professional cleaned after our departure and after each guest.
We do bring our fur babies with us to enjoy the beach, as do many other owners (our building does not allow renters to bring pets). Those with pet allergies may be affected.

We would love to share our piece of paradise with you, so you can enjoy the beach as much as we do. We try to have all the amenities we enjoy when vacationing.

We enjoyed our stay here, everything was as advertised. The place was perfect for the two of us... clean, cozy, right at the beach, so close, so beautiful... we had a comfortable "at home" feeling. Only down side was that we would have liked a little more cabinet area in the kitchen for food storage... bottom line, we loved it and will definitely try to book here the next time we return to Myrtle Beach!

I had a great stay for a long golf weekend! The owner was very accommodating and worked with me so I could park early, which I really appreciated. The custom door code made check-in simple and convenient. The condo was modern, comfortable, and equipped with excellent technology - everything worked perfectly. I would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great experience staying here as it close to the beach. The beach has a lot of broken shells around you have to watch but the water was beautiful. The condo is decorated so darling. We hope to have a return visit soon. Thank you Ray and Gretchen.

The condo was just as described. It is beautifully decorated and the bed was fantastic, we just need to find one like it for our house. We would highly recommend! We stay at Cherry Grove a couple times a year and this is one of our favorites so far.

An absolute gem

A lovely getaway place to stay for my gf and I for a week. You can tell Ray and Gretchen put a lot of work in to make it very welcoming and clean. Perfect convenient location and amazing ocean view. Had a blast and would love to stay here again!!!

Paradise in Cherry Grove Found

Zzzs By The Sea was perfect spot for a vacation. The condo was superbly clean, communication with the owner was quick and easy, and the beach was peaceful and beautiful. The owners have thought of everything and their condo is very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

We live in Ohio, but absolutely love North Mytle, especially the Cherry Grove area and the Point. We have family in Ohio and can not make a permanent move. We finally decided to get a vacation home, its our piece of paradise, we want to share with you.

Why they chose this property

Our 1 bedroom condo is our dream come true, 1st floor living, (no elevators), close covered parking and easy access to the beach.

What makes this property unique

Since this is our vacation home, we wanted it to have some comforts of home, a comfortable bed & balcony chairs, big TV's,
extra pillows and hand held shower. We are close to the Point which has gorgeous views.
