Rental conditions:

• Minimum 2 nights (exceptions outside weekends — contact us),

• Pets welcome (€30 per pet), bowls provided, but not on the beds or sofas,

• Small friendly gatherings and background music are welcome; out of respect for our neighbours, no loud sound systems, shouting or loud voices outside, especially in the evening. In case of serious disturbance, a deduction from the security deposit may apply,

• No smoking indoors; ashtray available on the terrace,

• Please do not eat in the bedrooms,

• Please clean the barbecue after use and turn the gas off,

• On departure: kitchen tidied, empty bottles taken to the recycling point.

Bath linen is provided (one large towel per person) and beds are made up on arrival; feel free to bring a dedicated towel for the jacuzzi. Coffee pods are provided (Senseo, Nespresso, Vertuo and Dolce Gusto), and a filter coffee machine is also available.

If you can, one small gesture that helps our team a lot: gather the used sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases in a single bathroom.
