Roomy place in a colorful neighborhood.

The apartment is super comfortable and roomy but the neighborhood really makes it special. Ethnic food everywhere, a sweet coffee shop downstairs and a cafe too. It happened to be Gay Pride Week and we so enjoyed the festivities. The rooftop was a soecial bonus.

Great Place to Stay

The rental was in good condition and very spacious. We enjoyed the property. We found the best way to walk to Old Montreal was through the shopping/food streets since they are always populated. Homelessness is a problem in many cities, so staying in the populated areas made us feel safer.

The parking did not appear to be safe or accessible for a small to med size car. Parking is not at the vrbo property. It is several blocks away through a sketchy part of town. Then down a very narrow alley.

As hosts with a consistent 5-star average over 16 years, we are confident this isolated review, based solely on pre-stay parking difficulty, does not reflect the quality or experience of our property itself. ​For the benefit of future guests: The parking is a standard size that requires careful maneuvering but successfully accommodates SUVs (up to a Mercedes GLE). We clearly communicate and provide photos and a map showing the spot is only one short block away, not several, and confirming the pre-existing mural/art that concerned you. When issues arose, we immediately offered proactive assistance, including an alternative neighbor's spot, which we regret did not resolve the matter. ​We wish you all the best in your future travels. ​Warm regards, Simon

The apartment is perfect for a visit to Montreal - spacious, comfortable and clean, and we love the roof deck. The check-in process and access was effortless. The stairs leading to the apartment are rather dingy, but that is a really minor point. This was our second time staying in the apartment and we would definitely stay here again. Also close to the metro, SAQ and some very good restaurants.

Montreal familt trip!

The space was great! Clean, spacious, and secure. I also appreciated the parking nearby. Lots of food options nearby, within walking distance. Host was responsive and friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay and would reccomend to anyone visiting the Montreal area!

This space was very clean and spacious with all the dishes, pots and pans to cook meals. The host responded quickly to my queries. The furniture was comfortable although the beds are on the small size, perhaps doubles? Also the beds felt quite hard. It was great to have a patio but it was accessed through one of the bedrooms and up a fire escape. The location was wonderful, easy to walk to many sights and also near the Metro station.
