A very comfortable apartment in a super location for a walk on the beach or a short drive to many options for entertainment in this beautiful part of the UK.We very much enjoyed our stay here.
Excellent property. Very clean, all the required utensils. Great base for exploring Bournemouth. Boscombe Chine a short walk away and runs down to the sea front.
Loads of bus stops nearby which was great when we walked all day and decided to take the easy way home.
Communication with property owner was excellent. Welcome pack sent just before and was quick to respond when we had questions.

Superb communication with the owner. Flat was everything we wished for. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. There are excellent transport links just up the road and Giovanni even gave us some helpful suggestions of where to go and good restaurants. Thank you so much 😊

This is a good property to rent niggling issues nowhere to store food really, and property has feathered quilt in master bedroom so if you are allergic to feathers ..... The property has an ample supply in the kitchen of utensils and plates/glasses. Otherwise very good and would re book.
A wonderful, well presented, clean and good sized apartment just perfect for a family of 4. Ideally located for quick walk to the beach or a stroll to Bournemouth / Boscome. Parking and easy access to public transport met all our transport needs.
Giovanni has made us very welcome, as was his apartment welcoming and modern throughout. We have had a lovely time there with our daughter, husband and little granddaughter (they stayed just two nights) but Giovanni had the twin-beds made into a kingsized one for them and there was even a children’s chair and a
bed for our little grandchild. Thank you so very much again for everything Giovanni! We definitely would like to stay in the apartment, if possible and in the event that we came over to Bournemouth again of course.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment. It had everything we needed for our stay. The location was ideal for the places we wanted to go to. It’s a short walk to the beach which we got to through Chine Gardens. Parking was easy with it being right outside. Highly recommend this property. Giovanni, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful.
A comfortable, clean and convenient apartment which is close to the beach and Boscombe pier with the bonus of parking.

Schöne, gut eingerichtete Wohnung
Die Wohnung konnten wir wie verabredet mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern übernehmen. Alles klappte reibungslos, Wohnung gut eingerichtet, sauberer Zustand in sehr guter Qualität aller Einrichtungsgegenstände. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren von der Betreuung positiv überrascht. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Giovanni!

Everything required for your holiday in this lovely apartment.

etc. Apartment is well situated with a great bus service close by if you
don’t wish to drive. You can park your car right outside the apartment which is really handy.
Would recommend this apartment for families. Have already enquired

Clean, spacious apartment with easy access to the beach
We stayed here with our 6 month old baby, being ground floor and parking right outside the apartment was ideal for our needs.
Good communication with the host, Giovanni, who ensured a travel cot was setup for our arrival.
The apartment itself was clean and spacious with all mod cons.
Boscombe pier and beach is a short stroll away where we enjoyed a nice pizza from the Wood Oven whilst watching the sunset!

Excellent Place To Stay
Stayed here for a short family break, the apartment was just perfect, very spacious inside and well furnished. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we required and the Nespresso coffee machine was a real bonus. The kids really enjoyed there stay as well and the smart television in the lounge kept them entertained. We really couldn't fault the apartment, the free parking was also really useful. We plan to retrurn next year. Highly recommended
