Passionné de randonnée, j’ai acheté ce havre de paix . L’avantage et que la nature et proche de moi et ma famille . Sport de tout niveau ( glisse , rando , vtt) etc . J’aime le calme et le respect

Why they chose this property

Le quartier est calme et surtout proche de toutes commodité ! 200 mètre d’Intermarché et 10 minutes du centre ville . Une ferme à 300 mètres pour le bon fromage . On peut même faire une visite . Tous les chemins de randonnée tout du moin en partie sont prêt de la résidence . Navette pour le ski à 200 mètre . Station à 10 minutes en voiture. Ne pas oublier vu sur le puy gros montagne à 1250 mètre

La propriété a totalement était rénové avec isolation par l’extérieur il y’a 2 ans . Chaudière biomasse et très entretenu à l’intérieur . Une gardienne est même sur place . Résidence très jolie
