In Porticcio, very close to Ajaccio, in the Terra Bella 2 residence. Rented, for the season but also for the possibility of off-season, detached house type F2 of 35 m², refurbished in 2025, with a terrace of 25 m² including tables, chairs and gas plancha. These are detached houses composed of only two apartments, the rental is located on the ground floor with the night part on another level. The apartment is located in a corner overlooking the tennis courts and view of the bay of Ajaccio. On the ground floor a kitchen with sink, microwave, gas hob, fridge-freezer and washing machine, living room with two large sofa beds and 128 cm television. The upper part on half level includes a bedroom with a large dressing bed, a separate toilet and an Italian shower. Functional apartment with 1 parents' bedroom (2 people) and a living room with 2 beds (4 people).
The apartment is air-conditioned and has a DVD player, books and board games available.
Located on a flowery hill, overlooking the Gulf of Ajaccio. See photos of the terrace on the ad. 2 swimming pools in the residence 100 m from the apartment with bip access to the owner and lifeguard July-August.
15 minutes walk from the beach and shops (bar, restaurant, discotheque, butcher, crossroads etc.... Scuba diving, Golf, Horse riding, Tennis, paddle boarding nearby
