No need to strip the beds . Please make sure any open food is discarded. Any good food or drinks we will turn over to housekeeping.
Please make sure all the garbage/trash is taken out back to the garbage bin
Please make sure all the lights are off and the door is locked before you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO PETS..$1000.00 fine ....Smoking in the house $1000.00 fine...We want our property to be the best for you and our upcoming guest .
